    skylight replacements

    Excellent products, fast and friendly service, reasonable prices, very professional approach to the supply and installation process. Follow up also greatly appreciated as it shows interest in customer satisfaction. No hesitation in recommending Skylights Unlimited for all skylight needs.

    Skylight Repair

    Skylights Unlimited has been extremely helpful to expedite our skylight repair and accommodated us in their busy schedule. The repair price is reasonable with friendly service. Also, their follow up call is just like the icing on the cake to professionally finish their service. We have no hesitation to recommend Skylight Unlimited to any of our friends. ~ Chris & Christina

    Large Skylight Replacement & Repaired Damage

    At the initial meeting with Denis, he came by and took the time to go through the building with us to explain the process and other details that we needed to know. We had other companies come in to give estimates and they were all trying to get around going from 4 skylights to one large one. But your company listened to our needs and found a way to make what we wanted possible. Alun also does excellent work. He is so personal and understanding about working around the tenants and their schedules. We have a daycare in our facility with regulations which needed to be followed and he took care of it all and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The install team was great, clean and neat. They cleaned up well each day they were there and were very respectable. The job had a few hitches, but they all worked together to get them sorted out without much of a problem. It was a pleasure to work with Skylights Unlimited and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be keeping their number on hand to use them again.

    Skylight installation

    We compared a few companies' quotes, services, and customer reviews from homestar and decided to use Skylight Unlimited. We are very happy about our decision. During the estimate, they provided a great recommendation( which we used) about what kind of skylights for maximum light and beauty of the house. In addition, they are very quick on responses and the quoted price is reasonable. After the installation, we had a problem with the rod to open the manual skylight. While Velux was not able to come, Skylight unlimited sent someone to our house and fixed the problem for us at the same day. Thanks Denis and your great team!

    Skylight Replacement

    It was a pleasure working with all those at this company, they responded quickly to all my questions and concerns and did a great job on installing the skylight. The difference it has made from our old bubble skylight is remarkable.

    New Skylights Installed in Bedroom

    We installed two new skylights in a dark bedroom. We love the new look! The room is 2 or 3 times brighter and we love spending time in the room. Even the roof looks improved from the outside, looks updated and special - the skylights are esthetically pleasing from inside and out. The solar shades are terrific and the venting option has increased the circulation in that room dramatically. We like that Dennis came to our home to give us a quote. He explained the price difference between his and another company's to my satisfaction. I researched the skylights between the two companies and we are very happy with Velux. The workers showed up within an hour of the promised time. They worked hard, even coming back an extra day to ensure the quality of workmanship was good and everything was done right. They tried to keep things clean. I was a little frustrated that after sending in the deposit, I had to follow-up twice asking for a start date (with no callback in between) on the installation, which went beyond the 1 - 2 week booking date we were told could be accommodated, and had hoped for. In the end, we are happy overall with the service and product and would recommend this company to our family and friends!

It is good for our clients to do their research and find out what is most important to them when having work done on their home. We provide top-notch quality of service and products and find that Velux offers the same guarantee which is why they are the main manufacturer we work with. I’m sorry to hear about how you were not completely satisfied with how things were handled right after you gave your deposit. We always send a confirmation of deposit after it is given and then give our clients a call once we have them in the schedule (which is usually about a 2-3 week lead time). As for your unreturned call I’m not quite sure what happened as we usually return all of our calls as soon as possible. We are taking this feedback and use it to improve that side of our in-office service. In fact Denis has implemented a new system to help us stay on top of keeping our clients informed of delays and the reasoning for it. Thank you very much for your review and enjoy those skylights!     New installation of skylight in kitchen

    I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my home by Skylights Unlimited. Denis came over for the initial estimate and was wonderful, professional and very easy to speak with. The crew was very nice and professional. They cleaned up well every night. I was not inconvenienced at all even though the work was being done in my kitchen. The gentlemen did little extra things like offered suggestions on possible additions like adding pot lights. They explained to me where they would go and how they would install them. It was such a good suggestion that I decided to go with it (although I don’t need to use them very often with all the light coming in from the skylight!) My kitchen has a northern exposure and is blocked by trees so it was quite dark. But now that the new skylight is installed it’s so bright! They did an absolutely amazing job. The transformation was just incredible to see from the opening of my ceiling, to the work up in the attic and onto the roof. They finished the tunnel well and painted to tie it in with the existing ceiling. I can’t say enough good things about it.

    Large Skylight Installation Project

    Skylights Unlimited installed a new 4’x 8’ skylight into our home. They provided a terrific, professional job. The crew was amazing, polite and cleaned up thoroughly after each day of the two week long installation process. We are so happy with the finished product and have only good things to say about this company. They deserve a lot of praise.

    Assess leakage from Skylight

    Thanks to Denis Charron for his honesty and integrity today when assessing if water leakage into the corner ceiling of our front bedroom was coming from the Skylight (over 10 years old - not installed by Skylights Unlimited). We expected to be quoted over $1000.00 to replace the skylight in question but were told it was likely a freak happening - possibly due to wind and rain hitting the pan on top of the chimney. It's unlikely to happen again.

    Skylight replacement

    We would like to thank Denis and his staff at Skylights Unlimited for a job well done. They showed up when ever they said they would (for both quote and work) and were very professional, and knowledgable about the product and installation. Denis took the time to explain how the job would be done and what is invovled so that you have a better understanding. The crew were clean and did a great job and followed though with what was explained. I would recommend them to anyone who needed work done.
