    Awesome people - awesome work!

    About a month ago, I had the attic filled with cellulose insulation. The workers were on time, courteous, efficient and friendly. Today, a crew arrived and insulated the basement of my 1917-built house. Once more, right on time, and excellent work with friendly service. All garbage was cleared away and I was left with a brand-new, insulated basement. I am extremely pleased with your company's services, and won't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family who may need insulation.

    Spray Foam Insulation for Garage and Loft

    Extremely impressed from beginning to end, with the work done by Great Northern Insulation. Everything went smoothly, Jeffrey, Zachary and Oneil were very polite and professional, wrapping everything in plastic prior to starting and cleaning all the overspray afterwards. What a great team. My only regret is that I wish I had known about this company prior to spray foaming my new home. Definitely recommend!

    Thermal barrier

    Really nice people to work with and the the pricing was fair. Some other contractors were giving crazy quotes. The workers that came in were really nice. The work was done in a timely manner

    Attic + Basement Insulation

    Richard was very understanding, and flexible as we worked out our quotes. The contractors that came in, were very informative and accommodating to our questions and requests. They were incredibly professional, and ensured that we were informed with the status of our house.

    Attic Insulation Top-Up

    We’ve recently topped up our attic insulation. The service level that GNI provided us was nothing but exceptional. Starting with Matt providing the recommendation and estimates, to Nick and Sarah’s prompt reply to all my questions. On the day of the insulation, Connor, John and Will carried themselves with professionalism, friendliness and efficiency These three gentlemen even took the time to inform us what to look out for in the attic and how we can maintain it. One rarely finds such a level of service and competency these days, and GNI reminded us what a high standard service level is about. We will look no further than GNI for our next insulation needs.     Attic insulation

    The estimator was efficient and fully explained what was needed to meet various rebate program requirements. The employees were prompt and showed up on time. The day was getting hot and they continued to work at this job without interruption until completion. Thanks for a job well done!

    Attic insulation

    attic insulation

    The workers were courteous and cleaned up after installation. We appreciated their professionalism and the fact that they did not hesitate to answer questions. We would use Great Northern Insulation again.

    Attic and basement insulation

    After a couple of years of having mice and insects come into the basement and the home inspector telling me I needed more insulation in the attic, I reached out to a couple of insulation companies and these guys came highly recommended by the energy rebate technician. I had them come in to increase the blown in insulation in the attic and re-insulate the basement after all the old insulation was removed. I'm happy with the attic even though there was a mess left over in the bedroom I had to clean up after they left. The basement is another story. During the spray foam install, I complained that they were missing areas and I had them redo certain spots. As some materials were wet, I couldn't do a proper quality control inspection and as a home owner, I shouldn't have to inspect a professional companies work while they are on site. Once the job was done, I did look further into it and was not impressed with what I found and the repairs I had to do. A picture is worth a thousand words. I contacted them, one of the managers came over to investigate and told me he was going to bring it up higher. Well weeks later, still no word and no discussions on how this can be fixed. I'm sorry but their promise to exceed my expectation fell way short of the goal line. There is insulation on the walls, I will give them that.

    The Moe Team Job May 21, 2021

    The Moe crew were very polite and thoughtful. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up so "that we would not know they had been here". Moe reviewed everything they had done as per the quote with me and asked if I had any questions. We were very pleased with their work. They were also respectful about Covid protocols. Many thanks
