    Great Service - bookings process through to insulation service

    Company referred to me by a realtor. Smooth booking process and very organized. Service professionals at the house were prompt, friendly and knowledgable and efficient. Thanks to Gabe and Chris for a great experience.

    Sealed up Attic Vents

    I wasn't told they had sealed up every vent in my attic thus enabling my roof shingles to bake. I've had to replace the roof shingles. Roofers and building inspectors were shocked that GNI had completely sealed my attic. GNI says its what they call "Hot Attic". They refused to refund any portion of the $14,000 I paid for the insulation so I could put it towards the new roof shingles. BEWARE, they don't tell you your attic will be completely sealed and you need air flow or else be prepared to replace your roof shingles every few years. GNI took no responsibility at all. They've taken advantage of a senior woman to line their pockets. Do your research and ask your local building department about completely sealing off a roof before you purchase spray foam from GNI. Lesson learned - STAY AWAY FROM GREAT NORTHERN INSULATION!!!

    Whole house (attic and walls)

    I have recommended this company many times and they are very good. Promo and excellent clean up. I will highly recommend them over and again when needed. Great work every time.

    Great service - home insulation

    From quote to installation, the customer service was a 10+. During installation, both crews on both days were great. Friendly, helpful, and informative. Fabulous job and I'm so excited to save on heating costs and finally have a warm house.

    Home Inspection

    We used Great Northern Insulation for the first time. They were Fast reliable service. Very friendly professional service. Reasonable cost. I would recommend Great Northern Insulation to anyone looking for quality and professional work.

    Garage insulation

    Great option for insulation friendly and helpful. Showed up on time left my garage clean very professional. Had great ideas for insulation of my garage door. Even carried it in a delivery for my wife. Very satisfied would recommend to anyone.

    residential home in London

    Henry and Frank did a great job insulating the attic. They were both professional in their work and made sure everything was cleaned up. Matt was thorough on his quote and explained everything.

    2 Car Garage Ceiling Insulation

    Sometimes you get the true measure of a company when things don't go perfectly. The quote process was very easy and professional. The guys who did the work were prompt and fast. The quality of the work was great. However, after they left I noticed my garage door button wasn't working. I sent an email, expecting to hear back in a few days. They got back to me within 12 hours and were super friendly about it. Someone came out and fixed it right away. It turned out that the person who put in the garage door opener decades ago, spliced some wires together with some tape that got old. The spray foam knocked it loose a bit and got in there. So not really the fault of the Great Northern guys. I really appreciated how fast they were at responding and how friendly they were

    Insulation

    Billy and Dave where professional, efficient and tidy. Good customer service. They attended my house, ensured plastic was on the floor to prevent damage. Once completed they cleaned up everything so it was as good as new.

    Insulation of attic

    Our salesman was exceptionally friendly and easy to deal with. The process went smoothly and we notice a big difference in the temperature of our upstairs. workers were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
