Kurt, Project Manager was awesome to great with and was able to provide clear details and options for the roofing project. The warranty provided by Adanac assured if something goes wrong, Adanac will be there to back their work. Sorry it took many years to complete this review. I want to share my very positive experience with Adanac roofing and gutters. Starting with a very professional and fair estimate by Kurt to the hard and diligent working roofing crew. I was especially impressed by the foreman J.C. who was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions I had during the installation process. Before the start of the roofing project my old roof started leaking and I really appreciate the quick response by Kurt and his men taking care of the leaks immediately, so we were safe and dry until the crew could start to install the new roof. The Adanac experience was top-notch from start to finish, from the professional and detailed quote, to recommendations and answering questions, to the professionalism and good nature of the crew, on top of a stellar job. Every day was productive, cleanup was constant and thorough, and the job was done way faster than I could've imagined. Great company to deal with. They provided the best quote with no sales pitch and no pressure, unlike other companies I spoke with. They were very responsive to all of my questions. The work started promptly. The crew was very courteous and cleaned up the site each day before leaving. At the end of the job the roof looked great and the area around the house was cleaner than before they started. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their roof.Answer from pro:

We got a few estimates before committing to Adanac. Their quote was similiar to the others, however they were the only ones who showed up in person. Cody arrived to discuss the details and explain the process. Our daughter's roof had been done by Adanac just recently and with a list provided by Cody, we checked out a number of other properties in the area that had roofing completed. Our job started on time. The waste bin and materials were on site and ready to go just after 7:00 with the crew working on the roof by 7:30 as promised. The site was cleaned up each day. It rained intermittently and the roof was protected from the rain so no leaks during the installation or overnight. The job was completed the following day despite the weather being less than ideal. Small but important details like using nails with waterproof gasket to hold down the underlayment. Great job by the crew. No payment was required until the job was completed. I liked that. I got up on the roof myself after the job and everything was done correctly. I really appreciated that they put small right angle flashing on the corners of the roof so rain is channeled to the gutter and does not run onto the ridge boards. If your looking to get your roof done, call these guys first.Answer from pro:

We are very happy with the service and work provided by Adanac. After contact was initially made with the company a Service Rep (Kurt) was sent to our home for consultation. Kurt was friendly, polite and informative with tile options and estimates, providing details of the installation process. We appreciated that the company appeared to be committed to good customer service and client satisfaction; there was no pressure to make an immediate decision as we had told Kurt we were getting estimates. We decided to go with Adanac as their pricing was reasonable and competitive with other companies. Frank (lead hand) + crew(2) were friendly, professional and completed the job in a couple of days leaving the site clean. Franks provided me with updates and answered any questions I had about the installation process. The garbage bin was picked up in a timely manner so that we could use the driveway. Kurt made arrangements after completion to pick up cheque payment at our convenience. I recommend Adanac for anyone looking for a company who provides excellent customer service/communication and reasonable roofing options.Answer from pro:

I highly recommend Adanac Roofing. Their knowledge, professionalism, craftsmanship and customer service are outstanding. All this and a competitive price the full package! I reached out for advice on a roof leak and Kurt was my main point of contact. He truly cares about finding the best solution for homeowners, taking into consideration budget and scope of work. He actually did a small repair free of charge, which bought me some time, but I ended up going with a roof replacement and I'm so glad I did. It looks beautiful and was completed in 1.5 days by Gary and his crew, who were prompt, hard-working and skilled. After clean-up, the site looked better than before they started!
