    Re-roofing Project

    Our house project involved re-roofing with shingles, replacement of fascias and gutters. A friend of ours whom they re-roofed couple of years ago referred them to me. I started the ball rolling through an online query in their website. Cody right away responded and we met to show me all the samples of roofing materials. All options were presented, with pricing and documentation from the manufacturers, comparisons in good-better-best in terms of quality/pricing. Story short, we decided on ADANAC as their products were well explained and documented. The installation guys were top notch, friendly and very professional. They clean up well all the work areas after each day. The work was completed as what Cody had promised. And the schedules were timed perfectly to match our busy schedules.  Cody, thanks very much for your help in managing this well executed project. Your guys were excellent and very professional. And everything was done in a timely manner, just in time before the rainy weather comes. The end product is excellent, workmanship excellent, no complaints!  We are happy to have this new roof that will serve me and my family for decades to come. cheers..  Len Mamaid

    I'm happy to recommend Adanac

    Good quality, easy to work with. Would work with them again, happily, and recommend without reservations. My project was to re-roof 2000 sq ft of asphalt shingles, replace 3 skylights, frame-in and roof another skylight, and replace the gutters. On a stucco house with 2 fireplace chimneys. The original estimate was well presented, with the options between different types of shingles/skylights/gutters presented clearly and up front so I didn't need to go back and forth on the way to a decision. My estimator was Kurt, and the foreman was Jon. The work lasted 3-4 days. The roof and ground level were cleaned well at the end of every day. Communication was not a problem. Everything was installed neatly from the underlay, to the flashing, to the shingles. I expect and hope that the roof will look good and perform good for decades.

    New Roof

    Thank you for all you did to replace our roof, the roof contractor did an excellent job with the replacement. We are rating this company a 10 star. Cody provided us lots of samples of different colors and types of roofs and our quote was clear and and easy to read. He provided us an accurate estimate at a very reasonable price for the roof. We would highly recommend Adanac Roofing to all friends and family.

    New roof

    I am very satisfied with the new roof and the team worked professionally. Although theres a minor issue , they quickly respond and sent Mardo to fix it. Mario is very patient to listen whats our concern and how he is going to fix it. Thanks Cody and the team. I am highly recommend Adanac.

    New roof

    Excellent work

    I am very satisfied with new roof, Adanac completed in time, in the budget and their work was very profesional and they very clean and very careful to protect the flowers an bushes around the house. I highly recommend Adanac .

    Roof Inspection

    10 years ago Adanac put a new roof on our home in Walnut Grove & it has stood up perfectly until this year. I called Dan the owner of Adanac Roofing, he remembered the installation & came to my home along with his son Cody and they spent 1.5 hours of their valuable time inspecting 2 separate leaks both internal and external. It was determined that the leaks were unrelated to the roof and were a result of poor outside window seals and interior plumbing. They were prompt, professional and courteous and did the entire inspection free of charge! Now, that's super customer service & follow-up of the highest order. I have No hesitation whatsoever in giving them a 5 star rating! Two Thumbs UP!

    Exceptional company and Tradesmen!

    Roofing Installation

    They did an amazing job on our roof for our long term care home. Their pricing was competitive and the quality was excellent. The work was completed on time and on budget with superb communication throughout the project. They always made sure that our residents were safe at all times. And the roof looks beautiful!     Re-roof & new gutters

    Adanac roofing & gutters was easy and pleasant to dealt with from beginning to end. Cody, our project manager was very thorough on our project and he responded to our requests effectively. The onsite crews kept the work area clean, and did daily cleanups which we really appreciate. We recently had our tile roof replaced with asphalt shingles; also replacing our fascia boards, removing the built-in gutter, installing leaf guards and new drain pipes with gutters, as well as the vinyl soffits. We are thrilled with the finished the work; it is absolutely stunning! The crews were well-mannered, paid close attention to detail and went above and beyond it terms of service and work quality. Cody checked in frequently with the next steps / scopes of work! We are beyond grateful to you and your crews, giving us the proverbial roof over our heads!
