    Excellent service,prieing and workmanship

    We needed to replace a prematurely aging roof that was poorly installed over the existing shiplap in our home and are super pleased with the job done by Adanac Roofing and Gutters. First - the quote process. I reached out to 4 companies for quotes. Kurt from Adanac was in touch before any others and was over to inspect my roof within an hour. He had a quote ready for me the next day and we arranged a time to go over everything in person. Kurt provided a quote package with several pricing levels complete with company info, samples and information on the material options which was far more comprehensive that the other quotes I received by email. He was happy to answer questions, go over timing and options and give me all the necessary information to make the right choices for our needs. I was really impressed with his straight forward, no pressure or upsales approach. Of the 3 other companies I reached out to, 1 never got back to me, 1 only quoted with satellite images and the only other that inspected in person needed a call back reminder, didn't spot the ventilation issue Kurt had noticed right away, and recommended unnecessary add ons. On top of all that, Adanac's quote was the most competetive - even including upgrading our ventilation, so considering that and the great impression Kurt made, choosing Adanac was a no brainer. Second, the job. Kurt worked out a time to get to our roof asap as we had leaks and I wanted it repaired during a short winter dry spell. He had shingle samples out to us asap so we could make a decision and take advantage of some good weather. The crew - Wally, Dean and Dave were right on time as scheduled and ready to work. They were professional, courteous and did a perfect and efficient job. All they needed was an outlet for power and took care of everything else, cleaning up after each work day. Kurt was more than willing to answer all my questions throughout the process and by day 2 our roof was done. The crew did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, the new ventilation is well placed and efficient and they left our house cleaner than they found it. All in all I was super impressed with Adanac and highly recommend them. I couldn't believe how stress free and easy the entire process was and feel confident that our investment in a high quality new roof will hold up for many, many years with Adanac behind it.     Re Roof

    We are extremly pleased with the work performed by Adanac Roofing and Gutters. Cody supplied us with a detailed quote in a timely manner and was very competitive with pricing. The work started on time and workmanship was just excellent. Once completed they did a very thorough cleanup. I would highly recommend Adanac Roofing and Gutters

    new roof in a hurry

    Our roof was in terrible shape and should have been redone 10 years ago. We called a few companies for estimates. Marty at Adanac was the only one to offer to meet with us in the evening after hours as we both work full time days. He answered all our questions and made us aware of things we should be looking for even if we didn't choose Adanac. The job was exact to the estimate and super fast. They squeezed us in their already busy schedule because they knew we needed it done badly. The best part was if there was no foot prints in the snow I would barely have even known they were there.

    Roof replacement

    I contacted four companies for estimates to replace my niece's roof. All were within 10% of each other. From our first meeting with Adanac Roofing I was impressed. Cody had a complete proposal with all documentation for WCB coverage etc. ALL my questions were answered immediately. The work was completed on time and with exceptional professionalism. His crew was competent and cleaned the worksite up every day. We can not say enough about the quality of our entire experience with this Company. Just read the rest of the reviews and see this companies consistent high standards and performance satisfaction.

    New Roof - Shake Conversion

    You are making a mistake hiring another roofing company. I have done a few roofs in my days and Adanac was the most seamless company I have dealt with. From quote to completion, they are best in class bar none. Pricing was fair, worksite was clean and responsiveness was excellent. There’s a reason the reviews are good....use them. Only reason there is 4/5 stars here is the roof is only 3 months old. I expect it to last 30 years.

    Roof replacement

    Adanac Roofing was recommended by a coworker. I had a previous repair done on my roof by a different company through an insurance claim. The previous company did a very poor job of the repair and overall inspection on the damage to our roof during a storm. It leaked worse after the repair was performed, the company had just denied any wrong doing. So i decide to get the entire roof replaced. The job was done perfect and went the extra mile to fix anything and correct any deficiencies that were found when tearing the roof off. I would highly recommend Adanac Roofing for any roof repairs or replacement. They did a Phenomenal job, i could'nt be happier.

    Re-roof

    My good friend has been a roofing inspector for many years. When it came time to re-roof I consulted him. He gave me 4 companies to check out as well as a half dozen items to make sure we’re part of the quote. I queried 2 others that had done work in our neighbourhood as well. Adanac was not on his list but he did know the company. The quote I got had every detail that I was told to get and came in under $1000 less than anyone else. The work was done in November, completed a day early due to my special request. The workers were polite, professional and had time for any questions I wanted to ask. The clean up job was done well and there was a follow-up visit to confirm satisfaction Quality shows over time, I’m confident that it will stand up-or be fixed without question or cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Adanac-and either would the roofing inspector.

    Top Quality Roofing Company - Best Experience for 78 Townhomes

    Dan Marr and the team at Adanac replaced the roofs and gutters at our Kenwood townhouse complex in Burnaby which involved 78 homes and included sloped roofs and flat roof areas. The project was exceptionally smooth, and the workers were professional, friendly and conscious of safety throughout the project. With a busy project involving multiple vehicles, stacks of materials, tools, workers, bins, and noise - we were all impressed with how well the project went. It was smooth, respectful, seamless and efficient. We also hired project supervisor Don Marsh who ensured that everything was inspected daily. We were impressed by all the teams and how eager everyone was to please us and do the job professionally. We were given outstanding service and highly recommend this company.     Replacing our roof and gutters

    My initial meeting with Cody was a pleasure. He was very prepared with a quote already worked out and plenty of samples of roofing and gutter choices. He was able to schedule us quickly and even though there was lots of rain, was able to have the job completed as soon as possible. The roofing guys were very pleasant and very hard working. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up every day. The couple installing our gutters were also very friendly and worked very efficiently. They are a great team. This company is wonderful to deal with, has excellent crews and I will always highly recommend them. Karen H

    Roof Replacement with Gutters & Skylight - Thanks for the Great Job!

    Our roof was long overdue for a replacement. We collected several quotes, which were all in the same ballpark for price; however, Adanac was hands down the most experienced and offered a superior roofing product. Cody was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, which made the decision easy for us. The crew installed our new roof, gutters, and added a skylight for us. They did an amazing job! They worked quickly to get the job done and were very respectful of our home. It looks fantastic and we're so happy to have the peace of mind that the job was done right. We would happily use them again in the future and highly recommend them to all our friends and family. So happy that we chose to work with Adanac. Thanks for the great job, guys!
