    Re-Roof, Gutters & Soffits

    We just did a second story addition to our home and need the roof redone with new gutters as well as soffit work. We had multiple estimates for the re-roof, all of which were close in price but the amount of research and detail was only there with Adanac. I had concern over a dead valley as a result of the addition and they were the only company that addressed this in the estimate without me having to ask. Communication leading up to and during the project was second to none and the finished product looks awesome. The workers were very professional, showed up everyday and even helped me carry a large widow from the back of my truck into the house. Have already received lots of compliments on the roof and gutters and have given out 3 referrals within the first week.

    replacement roof and gutters

    Our 20 some odd years cedar shingle 12/12 pitch(parts @16/12) - steep roof and gutters needed replacement a year or so ago. It had complex slopes and valleys and Adanac did a fantastic job. They were professional, clean and tidy. A lamp was accidently damaged but quickly resolved with Dan Marr without incident. Recently, we used Adanac again for a small roofing and gutter job - once again they out did themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

    Roof and Gutters

    We got our roof and gutters replaced by Adanac. Picking a contractor is never an easy job. Getting Quotes from multiple companies and setting up appointments, takes a lot of your time. Some don’t show up and some just reply via email or phone. Dealing with Adanac was pretty straight forward, I Went to the website on Sunday night and requested a quote. Next day I got a call from Kurt to get some information regarding my home (Address/roof type etc.) Kurt then told me it will take a day or two to write up the quote and will call me back when he finish. The following day Kurt called me back and asked to set a appointment. I work late and Kurt was willing to come over in the evening. Kurt explained the contract/Statement of work to me and answered any questions I had regarding the roof. I had other quotes from other companies and pricing was very competitive. Kurt informed me that appointments would be 3 weeks at the earliest and I said I would contact him once I decided. No pressure. Since I was busy I didn't call to book appointment since it was summer time. A few weeks later Kurt called to follow up to see if I had decided yet and I said sorry was I busy. He informed me that he does have an opening next week if I was interested. I said sure and confirmed the price and the roofers where there the following week. Roof was done in about 3 days, I am happy that they took their time to do it properly, and not rush to do complete the job. I've seen my neighbour’s roof done in 1.5 day and quality shows when they rush the job. Every day when I got home, the area around my house was clean. They even clean up the stack of weeds and leaves that was piled up in the back yard. Gutters were also replaced and they were able to replace all the gutters and downspouts within a day. I would like to thank Kurt and his Team for doing a great job with our Roof and Gutters

    Just a roof...but amazing service!

    These guys were the bomb! Very professional, available anytime to answer questions or concerns and honest. I would highly recommend their service to anyone and everyone. The product and warranty was also superb.

    New roof and gutters

    We needed a new roof, gutters and downspouts on our heritage class home in East Vancouver. Because of the pitch of the roof and the age of the house, we knew we needed a professional crew. We also wanted someone who would keep our neighbours happy and not leave us with a mess to clean up. All of this and we wanted a good price. Curt sent out JC and his crew and they did a great job. They cleaned up every day and after the job. Everyone was courteous and professional. They even did some extra repair work for no additional cost. Several neighbours have commented on how great the house looks. I would highly recommend Adanac, Curt and JC if you want the job done right.

    Repairing roof, gutters & soffits

    We had this company do the original roofing for our home and when we had issues with other things such as disconnected soffits from our original construction they were able to fix this within 2 days of being asked. We would highly recommend this company

    Roof & Gutters Repaced

    We recently had a new roof and all gutters replaced on our home. We were very satisfied with the quality of service we received from Adanac Roofing & Gutters. Ben and his crew of workers, worked very hard in the hot heat. They were polite and very friendly. They cleaned the yard at the end of each day, you'd never of known they'd been at the house all day. The gutters were also done with great quality of service and the two fellows also worked very hard. Again a great group of workers. When deciding on a new roof, I had asked Kurt for a house in my area with the colour I had chosen, just to be sure I'd like the finish product. He was able to provide me this info promptly. We had many quotes, but Adanac Roofing came in with a price in our budget for both roof & gutters. I would absolutely recommend Adanac Roofing to anyone who is in the market for a new roof or gutters.

    ADANAC - The best in the business!

    ADANAC replaced the roof and gutters on our Tudor-Style home last October at which time I submitted a favourable review. Now several months later, I felt a need to again highlight why ADANAC surpasses most others in the business. Since then, various trades-people have been to our home and none come close to delivering a service on a par with what we received from ADANAC. Dan Marr (Owner/President) and Cody Marr (Owner/Project Manager) are simply the Best in the West as they are never too busy to respond to phone calls, or address any concerns a customer might have, even when it turns out to be unrelated to the work they did. It is not at all surprising that ADANAC employees refer to their boss (Dan Marr) as the “godfather” and Cody Marr as a best friend. When a screw became undone on a downpipe, it was mended within hours of my phone call, same with another concern. Thank you Dan, Thank you Cody, Russell, Matt and Dan T (Dream Team)! You sure deserve top notch ratings!

    Re-roof

    Working with Adanac was great. Kurt was the project manager and arrived at our house promptly to assess the job and provide a detailed quote. The price was competitive with other companies and the level of professionalism from Kurt stood out. The crew did a great job: quick, efficient and clean. Totally hassle free experience, I would definitely recommend Adanac.

    Re-roof & gutters

    After proper research, we chose Adanac because we were comfortable with the presentation & the price was competitive. The whole process was seamless, the job was completed a week earlier than promised, & we are extremely happy. Thank you Cody, we appreciate your good service. Rusty & his roofing team as well as Matt & his gutter helper were very pleasant, clean & professional. This truly was a pleasant experience. We would recommend them to anyone. A big thank you to everyone who worked on our house.
