    Re-Roof and Gutters

    Very pleased with the re-roof and gutters Adanac has done. The crews they sent were professional, quick and friendly. Our roof occurred a leak and was tarped temporarily by someone at the beginning. I was worried and eager to get a company with good reputation to fix the problem and do the re-roofing for us. Adanac came to my mind as I recalled a friend highly recommended it. When they finished their work, I felt very satisfied and felt happy for having made the right decision to use this company. Thanks to Cody who responded to my special requests very quickly and always sent in someone on the same day to help. Also, a special thank you to Dan, the gutter guy, who went through my request with me at the beginning and also at the end when he finished the gutter replacement to ensure that what he did was what I needed. All the crews Adanac sent were professional, efficient and friendly. This company is definitely a roofing company I will highly recommend to other friends.

    Roof Replacement

    The crew who worked on the roof was very professional. In the time work was in progress, mother nature threw everything at it. Heavy rain, wind storms, cold frigid condition and no major incident have occurred. Kudos to the workmanship, and safety know how roof was completed in the fastest possible time given the difficult situation. They also went extra effort of doing the tree fort and fixing the exposed exterior wall and broken soffit at no extra charge. How's that for service.

    Roof replacement

    The Strata that I represent has just replace the roofing on 28 units plus the club house by Adanac Roofing & Gutter. The crews that Adanca sent were professional, quick, clean and did an outstanding job. I am so impressed with the job that I will have them back to complete the remaining units in phase 2. The foreman, Rusty, had a handle on all aspects of the operation. When we received the reports from our roofing consultant they showed that Dan Marr and his crews from Adanac Roofing know what they are doing. They will be installing new gutters and downpipes on phase 1. The crews were praised by a neighbouring strata for not swearing and playing loud music. Strata LMS 2394 Surrey

    Roof Replacement

    One phone call when an unrepairable leak occurred on our roof and within 24 hours, we had a quote, full credentials provided and highly recommended by BBB. We were fitted into a busy schedule and the workers were prompt, professional and efficient. One small problem needed to be repaired and it was done next day. We highly recommend Adanac for all the right reasons.

    Roofing Inspection

    I called Adanac and asked for a roof inspection after hearing something "rattling" on my roof on a windy November night. Despite them being very busy coupled the constant rainy weather, they fit me into their schedule and took care of the problem in short order, re-fastening and caulking the loose materials. Prompt and professional service. Can't ask for more...

    Roof and gutter replacement

    Adanac did a great job in sitting down with me and explaining their quote and making sure I had all the information I needed to make a an informed decision. The crew was excellent the roof looks awesome!

    Shingles &Gutters

    First heard of Adanac when they were doing houses in our neighbourhood and we asked for a quote to replace our existing cedar roof and gutters. The quote was very comprehensive with various options regarding price for both shingles and gutters. It also included information on their coverage/status with Worksafe B.C. which protects the homeowner against claims in the event of a workplace injury. It also included a list of houses with the shingle type/colour that we could look at to get a sense of what they looked like in real life (they had also given us several 2 foot by 3 foot panels to look at, but the it was looking at the houses that really helped us decide!). We met with Dan who was extremely helpful in explaining the options and in doing a walk around to help us decide how to change our drainage patterns on the previous gutters. The project went smoothly (despite the weather in late September/early October) and was professionally handled throughout. The crew, including the clean up staff were excellent and were careful around the landscaping. We were also pleased that the products we chose (Certainteed TL Shingles had a warranty extension because they were installed by a "Select Shinglemaster" and it is transferable if we sell the house. Special mention of Dan, the gutter man, who tried his best to get us a colour that would resist mold showing (we had white gutters previously) but in the end agreeing to go with, you guessed it ...white. We have no hesitation in recommending Adanac , everything went as discussed with no unpleasant surprises or changes, as we've indicated, proffessional.

    Gutter replacement

    Very pleased with the gutters we had replaced. From start to finish Adanac maintains its reputation as one of the best rated companies. Very impressed with the initial 12+ quote that was emailed detailing the extent of the work, materials, cost, company guarantee etc., Communication was always swift via email. The 2 men who replaced the gutters were very professional. They did a great job, including cleaning up after the job was completed. Love the new colour- matches well with the rest of the house Highly recommend. Will keep in mind for future replacement of our roof!

    Roof Replacment

    I needed a roof replacement as my 25 years old house has some leaking problem in the house. After reading and researching some companies on internet I decided to contact Adanac based on its highly rated review on HomeStars. The project manager Kurt responded to my inquiry within an hour and was able to come to my house the next day. He went over with different options based on different budgets and quality of materials. Kurt is very professional and knowledgeable for his job and his competitors. After we decided to give the job to Adanac, we were told it would be a 3-4 weeks wait time for the project to start. I was concerned that the leaking would get worst during the wait time. However, Kurt was able to provide waterproof underlay to temporary cover the problem area on the roof. Kurt got his team to start working on our house in less than 2 weeks. It took a total of 3 days to complete the job. Kurt was on site everyday to ensure the job is done properly. Danny the team leader is very friendly and easy to work with. The workers cleaned up the garbage and nails everyday after work. I highly recommend Adanac to anyone who needs a roof job. This is a professional, reliable, and detail oriented company that you can be trusted with.

    Gutters

    Built a shed and it needed gutters. So I gave Adanac a call. Cody Marr was very accommodating with my timeline. The gutters turned out great and were installed in a timely fashion. Employees were respectful and knowledgable. Will definitely use again.
