    Leaky roof

    During the heavy rains we had in January. I ended up with water pouring out of a ceiling mounted light fixture! I called up Dan at Adanac & he sent one of his guys out immediately. I can't remember his name but he was very thorough. Found the problem; a small hole. Which he was able to repair right away. He took photos of the problem and showed them to me so that I could understand exactly what the issue was & how he was going to fix it. I would highly recommend Dan & his company to anyone needing a new roof or a repair on one! I have used Adanac before. I had them put a new roof on my last home, That job too was done fast. Done very well. Clean up was thorough. I was very happy with the work overall! Jessie

    New Roof

    DON’T HIRE . . . .anyone else to do your roofing!! I am a difficult client, I never give reviews. I had a difficult job that needed to be done in two stages and on specific dates. My roof wasn't ready when the roofers arrived. They accommodated every difficulty and glitch. They even helped my renovators and cleaned the scum off my old skylight! They were very tidy and cleaned everything up. The crew was phenomenal! Dan, you are a cut above! Cody, Rusty, Sheldon, Oliver . . . (sorry I forgot the rest of the names), you guys are amazing!

    Roof and Gutters

    The crew was very professional and courteous and punctual. Quality of work exceeded expectations. The crew left the yard in immaculate condition. It was very much a pleasure to deal with Dan Marr, the owner, he is very professional,ethical and honest. I have already recommended this company to friends.

    Cedar to Shingle Roof Replacement

    Dan Marr and his amazing tenured crew replaced our roof in the summer of 2013. Awesome service - quote within a couple of hours - personal visit with large shingle samples (no one else did this) and suggestions on which colours best to compliment the home. His crew has a pleasure to be around - cleaned up professionally each night and had the whole project done within days. Even added extra exhaust fan vents. No request for extra payment. When they came back to do the gutters (highly recommend for this too), they were not happy with their work, and went and replaced them without even asking (I didn't even know the problem!) They are obviously very trusting, as they did not ask for payment up front and only asked after the perfect job was complete. I would HIGHLY recommend Dan and his crew.

    Asphalt roof replacement

    We were planning on replacing our roof later this spring, but we had a small leak so we decided to advance the schedule. I got 4 quotes ranging from about $7000 to $9000 for removal of 2 layers of shingles, installation of sheathing, 3 new vents, underlay, and new ashpalt shingles. We also removed the top part of our chimney. Cody was able to provide a detailed estimate the same day I called with a general scope of work, safety information and WorkSafeBC standing. They had the second lowest price (only by a few hundred dollars) and much better ratings on HomeStars so I decided to go with Adanac. In addition, they said the job would only take 1 day instead of 2 days which the other companies told me. This was important since we had the roof done in late January. Once I told them they were the preferred contractor, they lined up my job within 3 days which was great since the weather had been good. They made sure they had a big enough crew to get the work done in 1 day even though their material delivery was delayed. They did a good job of cleaning up the site; after they were done, I only found a few small pieces of debris. Cody came by a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the work (which I was) before he invoiced me. In short, they had a good price, did the work as planned, and had no extras. Not much more you can ask for from a contractor. Would definitely recommend them.

    skylight replacement

    I had two leaky skylights. I called so many roofers to come out to fix or recommend options. No one came when they said they would until I contacted Adanac, They came, assessed the situation, took great photos, gave me a fair quote and did the work. It was a tough job as the old skylights were difficult to remove, but they did it with a smile. The guys were all great and the company absolutely reliable. I would highly recommend Adanac Roofing.

    Roof Repair

    Regrettably, we had a new roof installed by "Signature 8 Roofing" a few short years ago. Unfortunately our roof began leaking, we tried without success to contact the company for repairs. Recently discovered this company has an "F" rating with the BBB. Thankfully "Adanac Roofing" came to our rescue! They were incredibly prompt to respond, arriving within hours of calling to fix the leak. Very impressed with their work ethic because a week or so later when we realized the roof was still leaking, Cody came back to remedy the situation without additional cost. Our neighbours new roof was installed by "Adanac Roofing" last year and we can see the difference in quality of application compared to our roof. When the time comes to replace our roof we would feel confident choosing "Adanac" to do the job. Thanks for repairing our roof Cody!

    Roofing

    My husband has been in the industry for a long time and suggested we use Adanac Roofing for our roof replacement. I couldn't be happier with the decision. Due to time constraints with the weather the boys came out on a Saturday just before Christmas as I was scared of having my roof leak over the holidays. Just as Dan had promised it was done that weekend, with Cody coming out on Sunday for a couple hours to finish off the last few details and do a final inspection and clean. Very professional and kept to their word. Impressed. -Joanne

    New Roof

    We have a character home with a pitched roof that I was afraid would pose a problem finding a roofer, but this job was no problem for Adanac Roofing. We were impressed with the courtesy and professionalism Dan had with us when discussing options for our project. The crew were respectful of our property leaving it clean and tidy at the end of the day. We are so glad that Dan suggested we remove all existing roofs of our house, knowing it is an older home that probably had a few on there. He was right, his crew removed 3 or 4 previous roofs on our house before applying our new shingles. We are grateful for his forethought, as another company may have overlooked this with devastating consequences to our home. Thank you Adanac Roofing & Gutters for an impeccable job and a gorgeous roof on our home. When our gutters need replacing, we know we can count on you for that too!!

    House Addition

    Cody and the boys came and did an outstanding job on our roof. We did our research and got several quotes from other companies but they didn't measure up, nor did their customer service or knowledge. Adanac took their time to explain our options and any questions we had. They really went above and beyond to exceed our expectations as their roofs met their own high standards, and yet were still affordable :) Prompt & ready to work, even in the terrible weather conditions we were having at the time. They were fast, effective and safe too! We appreciate the job everyone did and without a doubt, our family is happy to recommend Adanac to anyone. Yours truly, a happy roofed home! :-)
