    Gutter Service

    I called several different gutter companies and none of them would give me the time of day because what I needed was so small. Then I called Adanac Roofing and Gutters and it was a completely different story. I spoke to Dan Marr and I explained that I needed a small job done and I was in no hurry, just whenever I could be fit in. Dan Marr was extremely pleasant and said not a problem we will get it done for you. The very next morning I received a call from Adanac saying that the gutter was ready to be picked up. It was so unexpected that they had it completed for me in less than 24 hours. I would HIGHLY recommend Adanac Roofing and Gutters to my family, friends and everyone else. Thank you Adanac I appreciate your help.

    ROOF REPLACEMENT

    After fielding several quotes to have our roof replaced, we decided to go with ADANAC. It was the BEST DECISION we could have made. The crew arrived at the appointed time, were very professional and hard working as there was only a 2 day window to get the roof installed. Our roof is a VERY low slope, and due to some shoddy work done by a previous contractor, baffles had to be installed. ADANAC discovered that the insulation that was supposed to be put in the roof wasn’t there, Dan remedied the situation for us. So not only did they do our roof, they helped with fixing some of the deficiencies left over from the previous contractor. Dan Marr and his company went above and beyond all expectations. I would recommend ADANAC to anyone who needs the job done RIGHT, ON TIME, and ON BUDGET.

    New TPO roof

    This company is excellent. We needed a new roof quickly as the current one was leaking. I am working up north, but Adanac Roofing was able to do exactly as requested. They are helpful, trustworthy, and the workers on site are professional and friendly. This company is a pleasure to deal with.

    New homes and renovations

    I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and have known Dan Marr for 20 plus years. Adanac Roofing is one of the best companies to work with in the industry. I have had Adanac re-roof my own personal house in Langley, also they have done several of my projects ranging from 10 thousand to 30 thousand dollars. What ever type of project that I have I can depend on Adanac to do a very professional job. When timing is an issue for me Adanac is always able to accommodate with no hassle. The crews always show up and are very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommended Adanac roofing to anyone with no hesitation.

    roof vent installation for bathroom fan

    Cody provided next day service for a quick and efficient installation of a vent for a bathroom fan. Upon entering the house he took off his shoes, sized up the project from the inside, then proceeded to the roof to carefully cut a hole in the correct location. He installed the hose, clamping it to the vent, then fastening the vent to the roof. We were pleased with his conscientious manner and attention to detail.

    Roof Replacement

    We recently had Adanac replace our 20 year old cedar shake roof and gutters. After getting a few quotes, Dan from Adanac arrived with the most professional quote we had seen. It clearly laid out the scope of work, materials to be used, and different price options. Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He also supplied a long list of local houses where Adanac had replaced roofs, so we could drive around and see their work and the different color options on a real house, not just a sample board. They started the job as soon as the weather allowed, and were finished in under 3 days. I was very impressed with their workmanship, protection of house and landscaping, and clean up. They even had the big disposal bin removed the same day they finished the work! I find Adanac very committed to customer service, and you can tell they care about their reputation. I have already recommended them to a friend who needs a new roof, and would not hesitate to do so to other. Great job Adanac!

    Gutter Cleaning

    Fantastic Reliable and affordable Company! Hard to find professional Tradesmen they fit me in no problem and did a awesome job of my gutters. Highly recommend Adanac Roofing anyday! Thanks Again.

    Roof replacement, skylight & gutters

    It was time for us to replace our cedar roof & had contacted a few different companies to provide quotes. Dan sat down with us to explain all the steps involved, took the time to answer all of our questions & even had samples put on our roof to assist with colour choices. Dan suggested different ways to have the gutters come down the roof that would be more aesthetically pleasing & more efficient. Dan was also easy to reach & quick to return calls regarding any questions we had during the decision making process. The quote provided was more than reasonable & even better when we decided to do the gutters. A full crew came on time and roof & gutters were completed in 4days as Dan had stated. The crew was professional, friendly & courteous. They cleaned up every night & everything was protected during demolition & installation. The crew for the gutters took their time to ensure everything was exactly the way we wanted before they left. We were also impressed with the communication throughout the company, once we decided on the fine details with Dan, we never once had to go over them again, the crew for both the roof & gutters knew exactly what had to be done - even right down to the office staff (Trish), when sending our invoice - she was friendly & professional and took the time to ask us how our overall experience was. I would absolutely recommend Dan & Adanac for roofing & gutters - everything looks amazing & the black gutters frame the house.

    roof replacement

    Just had a complete new roof done by Adanac Roofing. i had discovered a leak in our roof at the worst time in winter. Cody from Adanac Roofing came by and tried to help find the problem - free of charge. we discussed a new roof, and the boys at Adanac drew up an estimate which was both reasonable and contained a few little 'freebies' like extra ventilation and replacement of some rotted plywood. Dan sent his son Cody and his crew and they completed the job in a day and a half. The crew were courteous, hard working and very skilled at their job (and cleaned up after themselves as well-no trace they'd ever been there). best of all, of course, is the cost was not a penny more then the original estimate! i would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Local, experienced, professional, prompt and courteous!

    Roof Repair

    Amazing response by Adanac! We discovered a leak in our daughters room and by 11:00 AM Dan had dispatched an employee and repaired our roof. Very professional company to deal with and I can't say enough about the high level of service we received. We know we need a new roof in the coming months and Adanac's quote was competitive with 3 others, so we know who's doing our roof this fall!
