    Gutter replacement, garage

    We hired Adanac last year to replace the gutter system on our house but decided against replacing them on our separate garage. Our mistake. We contacted Trish from Adanac, received the quote same day and the gutters were replaced within the week. Easy as that. They even hooked up one of our downspouts to accommodate a rain barrel. Great crew, great service and highly recommended.

    New roof

    We needed a new roof urgently when we bought our house. Adanac did an excellent job on our very steep roof. Dan was also very helpful when we heard some noises recently, and sent someone up to find out what was wrong. Nothing wrong with the roof but turns out our plumbing needs some work!

    Commercial Roofing TPO

    Adanac completed a re-roof on a funeral home for us in Abbotsford. They replaced an old torch on roof with a new TPO membrane. Adanac's price was very competitive and the project was completed on time and on budget. All of the staff at Adanac are very knowledgeable on all types of roofing systems. We will definitely be using them again in the future. And if its gutters you're after, talk to Trisha! They have a gutter crew that does a really nice job as well!

    Gutter replacement

    Same day quote. Arrived as scheduled. Kept me informed about potential delay. Great crew who did a superb job and some extras without quibbling. Even gave me good advice about drainage problem, that they helped me solve.

    New roof, gutters and down pipes

    Professional and compatible sale contract recieved from David he is courtious, knowledgeable and fair professional. The job started by knowledgable hard working and well- mannered crew that Adanac should be proud of. They reached their target a day before the schedule. The crew lift the job site each day after the proper clean up and the safety procedure was followed. The job added trmendious value to the house, it looks fabulous. I will not hesitate to recommend the professional Adanac Roofing. Paul Jagpal

    NEW ROOF

    As my 24 year old shake roof needed replacement, I researched the type of shingle I wanted to put on my roof. I decided on a CertainTeed triple laminate fibreglass shingle. I wanted the best quality to match our house. Not everyone wanted to put that shingle on and I as I found out it does take a level of expertise to do it correctly. My research indicated whoever gave me an estimate I was interested in I should ask for proof of insurance and Worksafe BC membership. I received three estimates and Adanac included that information without my asking. That came from Dave L. The estimate was very reasonable and very competitive with other Companies. My house was a big project. I met with Dave and was convinced I wanted Adanac to complete the job. I met the Owner Dan and was very impressed with all the discussions we had. The job started August 20th with Brad and his 5 person crew taking over. Our house is about 50 squares, no flat area and about a12 slope. We felt we really got to know Brad and his crew very well. Brad, Miles, Gord, Steve and Peter thank you very much for putting a difficult shingle on our roof. You cleaned up each day and were very careful to protect our garden area. We highly recommend Adanac as a Company and their employees. Ross Forman Very satisfied

    Renew gutters

    I had already received a quote from a competitor but as my new roof was done by Adanac only 4 years ago which was very satisfactory I thought a second bid would be useful. Adanac was $950.00 less than my first offer and therefore I chose them to do the reno. Trisha delivered a written confirmation within 24 hours following my phone call. We agreed a schedule to co inside with my outside painting. The project was completed perfectly and on time. The help provided by the Adanac crew was exceptional. A special thanks to Dan who saved me a great deal of inconvenience during the installation. Few companies fulfill what they commit to but this company does all and more. Anyone can be comfortable doing business with Trisha.

    new gutters with leaf shields

    The job was finished quickly and looks great. The installers were very friendly to my kids and dog. Very happy with everything. The warranty is outstanding. We compared prices and another company was almost the same price with only a 10 year warranty, compared to the 40 years with Adanac.

    remove gutters and replace with new ones

    Our home needed to be repainted and to have new gutters. From our first meeting with Trisha to discuss the options for the gutters to the actual installation by the efficient crew, the whole experience was highly positive. Trisha co-ordinated the removal of our old gutters to occur just prior to the painting and once the painting was done, the new gutters were installed a few days later. We were very impressed with the quality of work and working with Trisha was a pleasure. We would not hesitate to use their services again if required.

    Repair to roof

    I bought a 28 year old rancher in december and this was my first summer in the house. As a result of a bad roofing job in 2005, I had 7 wasp nests developing in the wood fascia and soffits of the roof. I had them removed but the problem would continue every year unless i had the roof fixed. I was researching roofing companies and was impressed with the great rating Adanac Roofing was given by other home owners. I spoke with Dan and right away he sent Dave out to inspect the problem. He gave me great advice as to what options I had and inspected the entire roof while also doing minor touch ups with the roof silicone. It was refreshing to meet a company that didn't want to up sell you products that you don't need. There efficiency, advice and overall commitment to doing it right the first time was exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Adanac if you want it done right. Thank you Dan and Dave for all your help. I did exactly what Dave told me and all the wasps are gone. Thank you again.
