    New roof

    Our roof had several leaks so I called Dan at adanac.He was out the following day to do an estaminet.he took photos of our roof and explained what we needed to do.the next day at 730 am his crew showed up and had the entire roof completed by 3 that afternoon.the staff was extremely well organized and highly skilled.their cleanup was impeccable!we are 100% satisfied and will use them again if we need to in the future..we absolutely love the fantastic job this company did.

    Numerous projects

    I’m a project supervisor and co-ordinate projects using a number of contractors each year. I have worked on a couple of projects with Adanac now, including a 90-unit complex and they are currently working on another one in White Rock. I consider this company the best roofing contractor in the Lower Mainland and not just because of the great management, but the highly efficient and highly trained crewmembers.

    Roofing and gutters

    I’m very careful when I hire companies to do work on my house and I also speak up when I think something is being done wrong. Before a project starts I do research so I know what to expect and the important things to look for. That being said Adanac did a great job. I couldn’t believe my eyes at how great they were. One of the days they were working it was raining but this did not bother them one bit. They worked quickly and in a very organized way, finishing ahead of time, and were very neat and polite (no yelling, you could only hear the sound of them working). They were also very careful about safety --- both mine and their own, letting me know where I should and shouldn’t be during the project. The man who I signed the contract with was also very polite, nice and easy to speak with.

    Roof replacement

    This review is long overdue; Adanac Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on my sister's home for a fair price. When we discovered that a falling shingle had broken a small window in the living room, the owner immediately arranged for a replacement window to be installed, no hesitation. We were totally satisfied with the thoroughness of the clean-up, the installation and the follow-up. We recommend this company, because the owner truly cares about his reputation and delivers quality workmanship!

    Roofing

    My wife (before we were married) had them come do a job on their townhouse complex and she was impressed with the crew and the work done so they were one out of two companies that we initially chose. We ended up choosing Adanac because bottom line, the price was excellent. Then we met Dan and he was very personable and easy to deal with, so it was a no brainer. They did the complete roofing on our house and the only thing my wife wasn't pleased about was that they trampled on the garden (the small bushes) a bit.

    Roof & Gutters

    I called many roofing & gutter contractors. Dan was the only one who cared enough to come out and personally go over all the details of the project. He met all our criteria: price; quality; workmanship and excellent customer service. When the workers came to do the job were excellent and efficient. Dan personally put me and my husband at ease answering our questions about safety & his company's insurance coverage . I would highly recommend Adanac Roofing

    Installed New Roof

    My Wife and I bought a home nearly 3 years ago. We had the home inspected before purchasing. Our home inspector told us that the roof needs to get repaired ASAP. At the time I had the task to find a reputable roofing company that gave excellent bang-for the-buck dollar value without going for a the lowest priced estimate since there are many roofing companies that are willing to do anything to get the job but at what cost? If it wasn't for HomeStars.com the searching would of been limited to BBB. I called a number of companies to give me estimates to redo the whole roof and we have to say that Adanac Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. Dealing with Dave was and is always a pleasure and met all our needs and concerns about the roofing project. I fully recommend Adanac Roofing. Now my parent's cedar roof needs replacing and I called Dave at Adanac Roofing for and estimate along with others and in the end my parent's and I could only trust Adanac to get the job done correctly at the right price changing the roof from cedar to a 50 year roof. Looking forward next week for the job to start, see you soon Dave!!

    Roofing Large Strata Complex

    Finding a roofer you can trust to do quality work at a fair price. I was on a strata board and we needed to replace the shake roofing as we were getting to the point that the roof leaks were beyond simply maintenance and repair. We hired a roofing engineer and he set about assisting us in establishing the status of our roof and options for replacement. We chose to move away from shakes to a traditional roofing product, asphalt. We put out a tender and after getting a number of quotes we went with Adanac Roofing based in Langley. We had the engineer manage the project and Adanac was paid in phases as they completed the work in the complex. The engineer was impressed with the work. The crew was cautious about our property and did a great job managing the site both daily and at the end of the project. Well almost a million dollar project 8 yrs ago and no leaks, no problems with skylights. Great job. The most important thing I can say is the principals of the company, Dan and his son, were honest and trustworthy. Now that some time has passed to assess their work we are prepared to say what a great job they did. If you want to see the job it is at 8844 212 street.

    Bathroom Vent Holes in the roof

    The guys showed up, knocked on the door, said they were here, and the next thing we know they were done. Very fast, professional and a top notch job. The same company did the whole roof a few years back and it looks great and not a drop has made it inside. Would highly recommend them to any one looking for some one to get the job done right and at a good price.

    New roof, skylights and gutters

    Our house had a 20 year old cedar roof and we decided to replace it with an asphalt roof in order to avoid future expensive repairs. After getting 3 quotes for the job we decided to to with Dan Marr of Adanac. He gave us good and clear presentation of what was available and took his time to drive me to show me a house with the similar colour of roof that we had picked. Just as he promised the roof and gutters was completed in five days and we were very pleased with the crew headed by Cody Marr in the roof installation and with Ryan and Dan who installed our new gutters. The work was done in the most professional, efficient and speedy manner, and their clean up each day was impressive. The dampster was removed from our driveway the following morning after the job was finished, I have seen dampsters sitting on driveways long after their roof have been finished by other roofing companies, very impressive ! We highly recommend Adanac Roofing.
