    Roofing replacement on house

    Adanac Roofing and Gutters is the most professional trades company I have worked with among the numerous trades I have employed over the years in renovating and maintaining my home.     Roofing

    Our roof leaked in the Spring of 2011 and it was done by ADANAC ROOFING LTD. Thier workmanship and quality of materials used is very highly recommended and the management are very professional and efficienst who treat their workers and costumers like me with great respect and professionalism even long after the job is done. Costwise, I did some pricing around and found they charge more reasonably and decently than competotors.     Installation of new Gutters

    I have to get my fascia and soffits replaced and the guy who did it did not do a good job. The fascia were at an angle and the corner joints were out. When the guys at Adanac came and pointed that out to me, I told them to do the best they could to install the gutters on it. I must really tell you the guys both Ryan and Dan were GREAT. They fixed up the fascia for me, put 3" screw into the fascia and did their best to make the gutters look good. I can tell that they are very particular about their workmanship and quality of their work. They just really respect what they do. I cannot thank them enough and would certainly recommend them to anyone. I usually do not write reviews but I would not do them any justice for their good work if I don't. Great job guys!     replace shingles and gutters

    I was thoroughly impressed with Trisha Olsen from their gutter division. She has professional, efficient and very friendly. She was very helpful and kept me informed as the project progressed.

    Roof & Gutter replacement

    We were very impressed with this company. They were able to take off our old roof and put on the new roof in 1 day + they cleaned up all the nails etc in the driveway. They even cleaned the windows and doors after they were done. The crew was very professional and courteous. I would definately recommend them to others.

    Reroof with shingle conversion

    I'm very satisfied with the work done by Adanac. The crew of 6 showed up when they said they would and got right to work. Everyone had a role and knew how to go about it.. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job of keeping the yard clean while doing the work. The job was completed quickly, despite less than ideal weather and I will be recommending Adanac to anyone who asks.

    Re-roof and gutters

    The trip to the BC home show paid off in spades. Having gotten three other quotes prior to going to the show I had no intentions of seeking another until I met them at their booth. The guys at Adanac said I would have a quote on my computer before I got home, and sure enough I did. The service and high standard of workmanship from begining to end was as good as it gets. Job was completed within a week of starting, and the site was left clean and organized, just as they found it. I would highly recommend them. Thanks David for a job well done Richard

    Repair downspouts

    They did a great job on my small project. Very tidy and careful around my plants. Creative suggestion for joining two levels of downspout to make sure they won't easily come apart. Small issue was attended to the very next day. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

    Replace roof and gutters

    Job was done fast - it took less than 1 week from seen the estimator to the final touches. Speed of work is excellent - 10/10. Quality of work is good - I would give them 9/10. 9 because I saw a couple of nails exposed and not covered by shingles. A couple nails for a large roof is OK to me. But still - a couple, not 0. Overall impression - 7/10. Why? They left lots of nails in our front yard and backyard grass. My daughter was bear feet and stepped on one nail. I phoned the office about it and the owner arrived in less than 30 minutes with huge magnet and picked up all the nails. He was very apologetic and tried the best to smooth out the accident, offering my daughter gift certificate to a local restaurant. Later the estimator/supervisor came and did the final inspection. All looked OK to him. But when I climbed the roof myself I found another half a dozen old nails right on the roof. Would I recommend them? Yes!

    New Roof, Gutters and Increased Insulation

    Adanac Roofing provided us with excellent service, reliability, quality material, quality workmanship and competitive pricing. David Leite was very professional, patiently answered all our questions, and was never pushy. The roofing crew arrived on time, and took care to ensure that our house and landscaping was not damaged. They cleaned up after each day and completed the roof in 5 days. We are really impressed by the quality workmanship and our roof got many complements from neighbours. On the day the insulation was blown, it was raining hard. Dave and his crew took great care to ensure that my house did not get wet and dirty. Upon completion, Dave even vaccumed my carpet. Also, we like the fact that no payment was required until the work was completed to our satisfaction. Thank you for the excellent job. We are extremely happy and would not hesitate to recommend Adanac Roofing.
