Very knowledgable staff. Great customer service and warranty coverage during the first year. Highly recommend this company to friends and family. I have gone through builders before and Trico goes above and beyond to satisfy.

My wife and I decided last year to build a new home. We reviewed many showrooms and came across the Tico show home in Evansfeild, which we decided on. As my father had a small construction company, I grew up working in construction sites, so I always felt at ease to just drop by and go through the house as it was built. I was impressed with the construction, very well built. The sales process had its faults. During the procession process, we were very impressed with the support and help received from Trico. All the issues we found were taken care of and the home was ready for us. Since then we have called several times for additional things and there were all corrected. We have been in our home a little over a month and are very happy with it. I would recommend Trico to anyone

As first time home buyers, my fiance and I didn't know what to expect when looking for a house. We had looked high and low throughout Airdrie and could not find anything we liked, then we walked into the Trico Showhome in Hillcrest. Cory and her team gave us a tour of the two models and explained what was upgraded and what was standard, and that's when it happened... we found our house! Finding out house so early was the only issue as we did not want to take possession of the house until closer to the wedding. We waited patiently through 3 price increases and 10 months of lot releases before it was time and we committed to a new build in Hillcrest. Throughout the build Cory and her team were available to answer all of our questions, and there were tons of questions. Chris, our site supervisor, explained everything that was going on and the visitations of the build enabled us to see the house through all the different stages. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU TRICO!! This was the best new experience we have had ever! We will recommend Trico to all our friends.

trico homes has changed our lives we never thought any of it would be possible buying a new home seemed sooo far out of reach till we walked into the Airdrie showhomes and met cori and the rest of the team everysingle one of our choices were met and everything was so easy even when we were freaking out and wanting to walk through every day lol all in all a great experience everyone was and still is a great help

I was REALLY pleased with Trico. I've heard tons of horror stories from friends that purchased through a builder and was lucky to be the first to have a completely stress free, positive experience. They were so kind, friendly, went above and beyond with the walkthrough, and their continued service has been exceptional. I would buy from Trico again in a heartbeat!

When my wife and me started dealing with Trico Homes we were a little scared as we had never built a new home before, but Trevor and his sales team did a great job answering all our questions in a timely manner. The Site Supervisors, Derek and Shane to were excellent to deal with. The trades that Trico uses are top notch. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about our experience with Trico Homes. All I would say is ask lots of questions. If and when I was to build again I would definitely build with Trico again.

As a first time home buyer, Trico Homes has been a very positive experience - from the time you walk in the showhome to meet with Sales Manager (Shelina W.) & for purchase of the house up to the Service, Moving Day (Bill) and Warranty follow-ups (Don W.) after moving in. Love Trico homes! First home buy, sales staff were incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely great to get along with. They went out of their way to assist me in anything I needed, even when there was a minor hiccup on possession (thank you so much Darcy!). Walkthroughs have been fabulous; Clayton has been helpful...even found items that I didn't bother reporting since I didn't feel they were of a significant consequence. His words: "It's your first house, it should be perfect." Thank you Clayton. Customer service representatives have always been wonderful, helpful, and professional. Overall, I'm satisfied with my home; I couldn't give a 10/10, simply because some of the product quality is a bit yucky, but that's definitely what you pay for in such a reasonably priced home. I'm looking forward to my 1 year walkthrough to get minor things taken care of and the house finished up altogether. Thanks Trico!

I got GREAT feedbacks from family and friends after they see the house after posession. All the staff I have dealt with was great and helpful. Everyone who has built a house understands there are always things that happened unsuspectingly. However, to determine if you're dealing with a responsible builder, best is to see how they deal with the issues. Trico Homes team have been very considerate from sale to design to construction to inspection. I cannot ask for more.

Trico is just an incredible building company. On the day of the house inspection the lady that walked me through was unbelievably professional. A window blind had a very minor problem that I ignored but she wrote it as a default and my blind was repaired. Trico in my opinion does what it says, they are the " do as I say and do" role models. Their work is an awesome quality. They are always available to address issues from customers. I will always recommend Trico to friends/family members. I am enjoying my beautiful Trico home.
