New Home Build Disappointment
Built our new home with Trico, the customer Service was horrible, the paper work was always wrong, the drawings ended up wrong and they kept using the wrong ones right up to final walk through. We were told information about the land surrounding out lot which turns out to have been false. We wouldn't have bought if we knew it. We were also told that we could build a fence as we have large dogs This was a deal breaker, turns out when we received the title and pulled the restrictive covenants after possession, we actually can't build one. Disappointed to say the least. - After Trico's Response below we still have not received any help in our areas of concern and have been told it is not their responsibility.
