After looking at many show homes, I decided to go with Trico and after going through the process I am very happy with their customer service. They are quick to return phone calls and fix the deficencies after the first walkthrough. If I building another house, it will be with Trico.

We are extremely happy with all aspects of our experience with Trico. From start to finish and from the Sales Centre to the Construction Team, everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly. We love our beautiful new home and have told all of our friends how great Trico is.

Trico Homes is a great company to deal with. From the very beginning in the planning stages to the 60 day inspection. They have been extremely efficient and fast at getting in touch with. I would recommend buying with them in the future.

Over all the York 29 purchase I made from Trico Homes was quite pleasant. The sales staff was very helpful in answering my many many questions before deciding to purchase. Even after the purchase, the sales staff was always willing to help finding answers to my questions and a few concerns. The purchase process was not very stressful and in the end I am quite satisfied.

Sales process had a few glitches that were quickly corrected, so very happy with that. Nice to get blueprints. Project Management and sales staff all very good. Now lets see the build quality in March 2013 possession RJB

The Trico Homes sales representatives were very accommodating when we requested to make some modifications to the floor plan layout. They also provided professional advices on window sizes and positions. They sent us some great photos during construction process. We were invited to the construction site a couple times before possession to ensure all the specifications were done properly as per the contract.

My husband and I built a new Trico home 5 years ago. Unfortunately this past summer, I found myself on my own and in need of a new home. Our existing Trico home showed well and sold in just 1 week, leaving me little time to find something that met both my needs and standards. Not finding anything in the existing housing market and given my past experience with a Trico home, I decided to check out the spec homes Trico had for sale. I ended up purchasing a Carriage home and couldnt be happier. I love the quality and design of the house. It is the perfect fit for my kids and I. Trico has been great to deal with. From Linda who handled the purchase and was always there to answer my numerous questions and concerns, to Derek and team who were just a phone call away to handle anything on a whim that needed fixing. It was the best decision I could have made. Thankyou for a truly worry-free purchase.

Our overall experience building new home with Trico was not bad. In most of the areas Trico provided good services. There are few areas where Trico can definitely do more especially at the planning stage (layout/exterior selection) so there are less surprises at the time of possession. We had few issue concerns with the sales managers, we were misrepresented & misinformed by them. There is couple of persons (Design center- Mellisa Quon and Site super-Peter) who went out of their way to explain things to us and help us & they are the ones who made our overall experience really worthwhile. We definitely recommend Trico to our family and friends.

Trico Homes is an excellent company to deal with. We found the sales procedure very thorough...including the flexibility to change our floorplan to accomodate our desire to have the kitchen pantry and island completely rearranged. The design centre was very organized and made it easy to choose tile, carpet, cupboards, lighting, etc. Follow-up service was SUPERB .. especially from Clayton. He did a tremendous job at not only responding and dealing with minor issues upon home completion ...but also at ensuring that the contractors did each task successfully and professionally. We are very impressed with the entire Trico team...and would highly recommend Trico Homes to friends and family for years to come!

We bought a show home from Trico and have loved the whole experience would defiantly recommend. They are always willing to help with anything with the house no hassle at all. They are also always checking in to make sure everything is good so they make it easy to ask question.
