Great work on replacing a cracked pipe joint, leaky shut off valve, and a proper joint under the kitchen sink. Took time by request to check all plumbing in the house and make sure the water pressure is up to standard. Very educational, polite, timely, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Thank you Jonathan for taking such great care of us through the whole process, the whole team was fantastic. It is so nice to sleep in cool quiet comfort. What's even better is our electricity consumption actually less now than in previous summers without AC. Can't wait to see how the new furnace works in the winter. Many thanks to Jason, Carlos and Dave for helping us identify our plumbing issue. We had another company do some work for us, but it was Knight Plumbing who was able to actually identify the problem and provide specifics about our issue. We discussed the issue with Dave over the phone, he was able to explain what we needed, and he set up our appointment immediately. Jason called before he came by, and they were prompt. Jason and Carlos were very professional. They were able to find the problem with a camera, and identify the spots in the house where the issues were. Jason was not only very clear about the issue, and why we have been having the plumbing problems that we've had, but he showed genuine care about our problem. They were very thorough and wrote up a very detailed invoice which was very helpful. Thank you!

Had Jason call me first thing to confirm our appointment. Arrived Prompty after and asked what the issue was. After providing an up-front quote he began to work. Not only did he have to cut out the old clean out cover, he spent 2 hours augering the line with two different auger heads. We tested the drain and it's running great. Cleaned up the worksite and ran thru future recommendations to keep things "running". Great job!

I had Daniel out to help take care of some leaks that were flagged during a home inspection. He was very helpful and finished the required jobs without issue and in a timely fashion. I also recently had him out again after hours to help diagnose an issue with a leaky kitchen faucet. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend Knight Plumbing to others.

This is a five star review, I had a great experience with Knight Plumbing, with their staff, their management and their office. But, it started with a difficult situation.I had been using a Rinnai water heater for 10 years, when it quit I contacted Knight Plumbing and Heating. They came checked out the old unit, pronounced it dead and installed the new unit quickly and efficiently. Within 2 weeks it needed a major part replacement from the factory, this was done with no problem. The unit continued to malfunction and each time Knight Plumbing sent staff out to repair the unit with no problem. Eventually it became apparent that the unit was a lemon and they went to the manufacturer and got the whole unit replaced for us and reinstalled, all for no cost to us. I couldn't be happier with these guys.

Totally satisfied with the experience from Maria in the office to Jonathon the estimator, to Karl the installer, and his helpers Carlos etc. were all pleasant, caring and professional with their work.

Replaced an older thermostat with a newer, more capable, remote controlled model. Workmanship was exceptional and conducted in a very professional manner by George who showed up on time, made the effort to phone us to let us know he was on his way and, when on site, was congenial and pleasant to interact with.
