I was having issues with getting my pilot light to light on my water tank. I called Knight Plumping, Heating & AC thinking they may be able to come in later in the week. They were free to come in right away, great fast service, and really friendly technician. Have used this company for cleaning the heat ducts as well and have nothing but great service all round.

I was very happy with the service. Dan the technician was professional, and call us when he will show up, or if he was being delayed for looking for the parts. They were up front with the pricing. Service was done quickly, and the technician was friendly.

A pipe leading to the upstairs bathroom started leaking from the exhaust vent in the lower bathroom (4 level split) on April 18th evening. We shot off the water to the house and called Knight Plumbing at about 9:00 the next morning. Jason (the plumber) arrived at about 10:00 am. After investigating, he cut 2 small holes through the dining room wall, to access the problem pipe and allow for later cleanup. He replaced the pipe in no time. He also inspected all of our other pipes to give us some piece of mind. Jason was friendly, helpful and certainly not pushy. We would recommend Knight Plumbing.

After having used Knight Plumbing and Heating many times and being very satisfied with their service, and arriving at the time promised. After a Water heater and Furnace inspections I was told one of the Water heaters will not last longer than one more year; therefore I phoned Knight's Plumbing 08.23.16 asking them if they could install a new water heater and I was told they would be able to come and give me a quote 08.26; due to circumstances beyond my control I was not at home when Knight Plumbing phoned; but a message was left by Knight Plumbing and as soon as I got home I phoned them and they said they would come on 08.29.16; which is exactly what they did; the installer was here by 09:00 and everything was done working again by 11:00. Knight Plumbing & Heating proved to me again they are the most reliable Heating and Plumbing company to phone when help is badly needed.

Impressed with the experience, on time, very professional. Loved Tara, she made me laugh with her greeting when I called. Dan was great, very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what he was doing as he worked to locate the leak in our family room ceiling. When I first called Pete the Plumber they said they would have someone get back to me in a weeks time, Knight's Plumbing was at my house in less than 3 hours! Knight's Plumbing makes working with trades very enjoyable, thanks :)

Brian was the technician who came out, to address our plumbing problem. He was on time, on quote, he cleaned up, he was efficient and friendly. I will definitely use Knight again, and I will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Brian for a job well done.

A leak in the ceiling coming from the master bath ended up with a replacing of the master bath toilet. Dustin came out two different times to get the job done completely. He was courteous and efficient and knowledgeable in his skills. We are very satisfied with all the work from Knight Plumbing. They are our goto plumbers in Calgary.

With a 13 year old hot water tank that had never been serviced, and a furnace and air conditioner which might have been serviced once in the last 5 years, I started calling around. I called on Wednesday and they were able to fit me in on the Friday morning - first call of the day. Both Clint and Carl were excellent technicians, and both called to confirm I was home and gave a 30 minute window to when they would arrive at the house. Clint got through the inspection of the HWT and advised it would last a few more years, however did give me the price for what a replacement would. I found him friendly and knowledgeable. Carl got right to work, and checked out everything. He went through the details of his findings with recommendations for the future, including prices. I felt very comfortable with both technicians and recommend them to anyone in the future.

I called Knights for a failed hot water heater on Saturday morning, by mid afternoon Saturday the new heater was installed. Clint was the on call service technician and he worked without slowing and double checked each connection he made. He advised on a required upgrade to the vent pipe and made the required upgrade without issue. His service van was equipped with all of the required pieces to change out the hot water heater. I would call this premiere service, many thanks.

Clint was great at explaining what needed to be done and how the system worked. I appreciated his followup phone calls regarding a subsequent visit that was required. I was able to schedule appointments to work around my busy calendar.
