Over the past few years I have called on Knight Plumbing and have been very satisfied with the service provided. A cheerful greeting when you call - the prompt scheduling - technicians arriving on time - cleanliness - and a friendly attitude speaks highly of everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Knight Plumbing. A special thank you to Sherri for help in times of need.

We have called Knight Plumbing to our home for an installation of a new furnace , central air and water softener. CSR Sherri is very pleasant and helpful. Our needs were looked after efficiently and the technicians, Dave, Karl, Dennis and Jordy were very courteous and very knowledgeable. We have been very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this company and their employees.

I had to share the amazing experience I had with Knight. There are so many people quick to complain about service etc, but not so will to share the amazing service stories, so here goes! My older furnace finally saw it's last days and imagine that it happened during a cold snap! I called up Knight Plumbing and Heating in the evening and they were out the next day am and had me up and running with a New High Efficiency Furnace LATER THAT DAY! they sleeved my hot water tank up the chimney and re-routed the new exhaust out the back of the house. Set up my New Humidifier system etc. Unbelievable tech, he took the time with an explanation of all options that best suit my home etc.. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism I received and have since referred numerous friends to them for different work, who also had an amazing experiences. The price was very competitive, but the experience was second to none! if you want top rated work, service etc at a fair price stop looking and call this TEAM!! Also, approx. 2 mths after the furnace install my hot water tank started leaking. Imagine that at 2am I had water all over the utility room. I called the emergence line and they put me thru to the same tech that installed my furnace. They were incredibly swapped the next day. But, the mgr on duty had my New Hot water tank del at 9am and he personally strapped on the tools and did my swap.. Again, so much professionalism and care.. Bottom line they actually care and that meant the world to me!! As we all know when we need something now it doesn't always happen, but in my experience (as well as numerous friends) they went above and beyond the norm!!! If felt very good to see techs and mgr's make me feel like my need mattered.. SO a HUGE THANK YOU to the Knight's Team I really appreciate everything you have done! cheers Calvin Traub

Very professional, friendly and informative service. Fixed the leak under our kitchen sink, that started after our plumbing project. Checked our work. Also showed us how to straighten our kitchen faucet, which tends to "stand askew" and drives Debbie crazy. Thanks so much. It's a relief to have the leak fixed and we only had to wait one day. Sorry we didn't get the plumber's name. We'll call you next time!

Knight Plumbing installed two new air conditioners, two new electronic air filters and two new waters tanks in my home. I found their advice during the quoting process to be very educational. They helped me select the right options for my home (not the most expensive ones). The installation tech's were punctual and professional. They kept me informed throughout the installation process and left my home in a cleaner state then they found it.

I felt very comfortable with Kason and Dave working in my house! They were very respectful, knowledgable and I trusted them! They did a great job and I would recommend them 100%. They were also very clean and responded to any issues I had immediately. I also hired this company to so the HVAC in my home and was a little disappointed. Willie came in and did a quote for all the work needing to be done in the house. He found lots of stuff that I needed to "update" because they weren't up to code anymore but he never thought about a dryer vent in the new laundry room??? I trusted that something so obvious (to someone in his line if work) would be picked up on, but it wasn't until I was painting the new laundry room when I though... Hey... How the heck does my dryer vent? Now I have to pay them more money to come back in, and I also have to pay more for drywall repairs, painting, ceiling texture ect. I know this is something I should have picked up on before now, I guess I'm just left feeling like he made such an effort to find little things that I had to pay for, but didn't find something super obvious that is a major headache for me in the end.

I have never been more pleased and satisfied with the service we received. Our new ac was not only installed on schedule as promised there was not a mess left behind. I have not hesitated to recommend knight plumbing and heating to all my friends

The staff are very knowledgeable about every thing plumbing and made some great recommendations that we would never have thought of. They were on time efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend highly.

Great service. Second time with the same service technician and everything was on time, and the quote was the exact final price with no surprises. The new outside water line works great.

to quote the city inspector "i will not list the mistakes, basically everything is wrong"...then after fixing, a later plumber noted more mistakes. shower started leaking behind drywall, to top it off they put it through visa without our authorization.AWEFUL ALL AROUND
