I called around to a few places and Knight said the right words with the lowest call out fee. The tech was very experienced and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. He then immediately sourced the replacement part (super lucky these days), went and picked it up, and installed it all on the same appointment. Even though it was a pricey part I am happy with the service. The only warning is to get confirmation of the full cost before having Knight come out. While they had the lowest call out fee, there seems to be an additional fee if you want the tech to actually look at your furnace (diagnosis fee). That was not mentioned when I called to set up the appointment.

Tyler & Josh were very professional , friendly and clean installing a waterless hot water tank . Answered all questions and concerns about the job . Gave us a time frame for the scope of work and they finished very close, just under.

From first meeting with Ryan and Derek everything was very relaxing and no stress. They explained everything that was going to be done and what they suggested was best for us. This we appreciated as we are not licenced and do not know. Not once did we feel like we were taken advantage of. The work that was done was done well. Also was nice after all said and done, both the techs went over everything so that we understood our new installs. They replaced the hot water tank and boiler with a tankless water system. We also have hydro heating (radiator) and the combi-boiler does both. Professional install, all pipes are clearly marked for future maintenance, looks crisp and clean. Also had bibs on exterior exchanged with new drainage system in boiler room. Fantastic!

We had a leak in our bedroom hot water heating pipe. Even though we had it stopped and it wasnt an emergency, Geoff came out the next day. We realized it was time to do some other repairs and to have the boiler properly inspected.so Geoff came back to get all the work promptly done. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Geoff was pleasant, quick but thorough and left everything clean. Great job Geoff!

Replaced an old AC unit that have seen better days. Very detailed explanation of replacing vs fixing. Very punctual and cleaned up everything when George completed the install.

AC not working my usual company couldn't get to me for 8 days. Knight was able to free up a repairman for same day service. AC was fixed and problem was explain to me in detail.
