One third of star. About the repair, they did what was expected. The problem was the price of the part – REALLY, REALLY EXPENSIVE. I made a search on internet and I could not find any valve in that price. I found valves with that description 1/3 of the price they charged me. UPDATE: I called them complaining about the valve price. They realized the valve code was entered wrong. So, they revised the price for something more reasonable.

We received friendly, responsive, and clean service. The quality of work was excellent and they ensured that parts provided were superior to the original products and met or exceeded code. Great experience and highly recommended.

I Would highly recommend Knight. The two guys that came to clean our furnace and ducts looked very professional in their uniforms and they certainly were. They were courteous and very efficient, they kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way, and cleaned up before they left. Now that I’ve found Knight I will Look no further. I will definitely use them again.

We purchased a new fridge and I wanted a proper t soldered on and not the cheap one I bought from lowes. They were friendly, on time and a fair price. We would 100% fell confident in hiring Knight Plumbing again for anything we need done.

My furnace was in need of cleaning. I scheduled an appointment with Knights. The techs arrived right on time. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They did a thorough job and even took the time to explain their process and recommendation's for future maintenance. We even shared a couple of funny stories at the end. My electric hot water tank kept having to be reset, I called for service and a quote in tankless hot water. I had enough mornings with cold showers! They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable. I had my quote including gas hook ups and electrical all in one and in less than a week my tankless hot water was installed. A tutorial on how to use it and I am hot water happy!

Being a sr. with health issues, I was concerned about having someone in my house. When Sean come, he put me totally at ease. Covers for the shoes, gloves, mask, and he sanitied everything he touched. In the decades that I have dealt with repair people, I have never had such a professional one. Quickly repaired the unit, went through everything he did, and explained how best to run the unit. Darian and Orin were punctual and efficient at performing the duct cleaning service. They were careful and respectful not to cause incidental damage to our home or furnace while moving equipment and performing the work. The fee was reduced because we are replacing the furnace in a few days and so there was no need to clean the old unit. Knight has proven over the past 4 years to be our go-to business for servicing our HVAC and plumbing needs.

The tech from Knight Plumbing, brought the water monitoring system (Flo by Moen) and easily installed it. Very professional job done. My issue was getting it connect to Wifi through the app, but eventually got it done. This water monitoring system has lots of great features., and I would definitely call this company again. One thing to add is that the guide indicates a white light, but in fact is looks blue. :)
