    Air Conditioner

    A/C unit broke down resulting for the need of a new system. Both techs, Shawn and Brandon, were extremely helpful and professional from the estimate through to the install of the new unit.

    AC Service

    Service was really friendly and prompt but the advertised Spring Special was very misleading and cost more for what actually needed to be done. The information discussed with office staff when booking appointment was not communicated to technician.

    Assess potential AC replacement.

    Brian was very professional from start to finish. No pressure tactics, just good solid information, to make a good decision. Photos of potential problem areas, to show reasons for concern, and possible solutions. I would definitely recommend their services.

    We keep coming back...

    There is a reason we keep using Knight. They are timely, professional and most importantly I never feel gouged when they leave. They have awesome customer service, and don’t mind my kids and dogs running around them. Dan problem solved and fixed an outdoor hose bib pressure issue today, and was very quick doing it. Well done Knight!

    Central A/C installed

    We were looking to get central A/C put in, and had already had Knight do other plumbing work for us in the past. We got a number of quotes just to be sure, and Knight was again both competitive and thoroughly professional. They gave us a "good, better, best" scenario in terms of products, and the best product was actually only a few hundred more than the good, and even slightly less than the better! The workers were completely courteous, and answered any and all questions we had. We have had good success with Knight over a number of occasions now, and so they will become our default plumbing, heating and A/C company whenever such household situations arise.

    Laundry sink install and gas BBQ install

    George was prompt, polite and efficient. The work was done well and I would happily recommend Knight Plumbing any time.

    Tankless upgrade

    Two hot water tanks to be replaced (one leaking) by a tankless. Geoff came and quoted and was competitive on the price, knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us options. Pulled the trigger and Geoff came and completed all work professionally and on budget as per quote. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. I like Geoff, I believe his beard gives him super powers.

    Fantastic company

    Geoff installed a new tankless water heater in my 50 year old house. Being a older house there were some challenges but the job went smooth. He work was very professional. I’m super happy with the result.

    Central air conditioning

    Knight installed a new Trane 2 ton unit. This was completed satisfactory but had to come back as pipe blocked removal of air filter. Done later. No invoice received for initial deposit still. O details yet for registering warranty with Trane. I have only 60 days to do so. Promised a cover with the unit but haven't received it yet. Installed ok but their accounting needs to be addressed to do it on a timely manner
