This review is long overdue, but we ran into an issue last March when the water release valve on our hot water tank began leaking on a Friday afternoon. Thankfully my girlfriend was home at the time and was able to shut off the water before flooding the entire basement. I rushed home and called out at least 6 different plumbing companies, and out of the calls, I was promised a call back from 3 of them. Dan from Knight plumbing was the only response I received that day, and promptly setup a time to come out that night and resolve the issue. Without a doubt, professional service in every aspect, and I will not hesitate to contact them again for any future service/installations.

As a repeat customer, I couldn't be happier with the service from Knight. Every aspect from the pleasant customer service, prompt service and most importantly, the knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy technicians. Colin in particular has been dispatched to my house on two separate occasions and is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, is very respectful, honest and trustworthy and he has a big smile and pleasant demeanor. He leaves his work area cleaner than when he arrived....and always fixes the problem. I have no problem recommending Knight to friends and family and on back-to-back occasions, rated them 10/10.

Hot water tank stopped working and I called Knight to come repair it. They had Mike out within a couple of hours. Had trouble diagnosing the problem but it certainly wasn’t from a lack of trying or knowledge (even the manufacturers tech support was stumped). He didn’t charge me at all for his time and layed out all the options and pricing with respect to parts or a new heater. In the end, I decided to go with the new heater and it was installed before 2:00 the next day. Good, honest, friendly service.

We were very pleased with the great customer service we received from our technician Sean. He called to say he could arrive earlier and while he was in our home he explained all the aspects of the tune up and repair work as completed. He made some recommendations for ongoing maintenance, and the overall experience was top notch. Sean is friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with - five star service!

David was excellent, suggesting repairs rather than full replacements which saved a great deal on the cost of our repair. He was very efficient and a true pleasure to deal with! His work as well as his work ethic was definitely worth 5 stars!

We had limited hot water volume and needed a general heat & plumbing inspection visit. Hot water problem was assessed to be faulty pump, remainder of inspection carried out and showed all in order. Replaced pump within a week, hot water now plentiful and all done by professional, friendly service!

I had a problem with my furnace and called Knights Plumbing because I was so happy with the service I received on a previous plumbing problem. They responded right away. Sean my technician was wonderful. He was fast efficient and very knowledgeable. He was so very friendly and courteous I was very comfortable sitting and discussing what the problems were and tips on preventing future problems. I was also very pleased with cost of repairs which was very reasonable. This was my second experience with using the services of Knights plumbing and I highly recommend their service!! In my opinion they are the best

Dan from Knight plumbing to the rescue. Burst water hose at garage sink. Friendly and helpful. Explained everything. Showed pictures of issue. Replaced parts and showed how to keep water off at plumbing valves to avoid issue again since sink is rarely used. Lots of water to clean up in garage as hard to estimate timing of the break. Dan most helpful. Super friendly. Would recommend Knight Plumbing

Great service. I would highly recommend knight plumbing to anyone. They were prompt and professional, Clint was especially good. I am sure the whole team is, as I have used them in the past , and they won’t disappoint.
