Had an error code on the unit. Geoff and John showed up on time; they found the problem and fixed the issue promptly. No charge as it needed a small adjustment related to the installation carried out out a couple of months ago. Very knowledgeable and friendly technicians.

We needed a gas stove installed. They were able to extend the gas pipe higher above the floor so the valve would shut off properly. Prompt and efficient service!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience with Knight Plumbing. The initial quote with Chris was upfront, honest, and he acted as more of a guide than sales person. Chris made sure all my questions were answered properly and my hardware requirements were met. Tudor or Andrei (Tudor was written on the coveralls but Andrei was on the invoice) did an amazing job cleaning our vents out before the A/C install. Nothing but professionalism, very articulate, understands how to interact with customers. Great asset to your team. Karl, Vipol and Matt helped on the installation. Such a great group of guys to speak with, very professional and great customer interaction. We had a minor issue that these gentlemen were able to resolve in a quick and complete manner than made the install 100% perfect in the end. Dawn at the office is a very sweet person. Extremely nice and very professional. It was great conversing with her. I usually do not endorse places but in this case, after all my research and experience with several HVAC companies, I am willing to vouch for Knight Plumbing as the company I would dorepeated business with and recommend for others to use for their service/installation needs.

I called knight plumbing when I noticed an issue with the drainage in my basement. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment next day. Chris and Bing were an amazing team, very knowledgeable and helpful. They identified the problem quickly and got to work to resolve it. Both of our hot water tanks were leaking and needed to be replaced. They were pretty old. Chris and Tristan came the morning that we called and installed two new tanks. They were both friendly, informative, helpful, and business-like. I would recommend them to anyone!
