    Foundation Parging and tuck pointing

    Rhett and Aidan did an amazing job for us. I was out of my comfort zone and they were very patient in explaining what they were doing and going beyond expectations. Sometimes we live with things a little too long because we don't know the process to get it done. While the quoting was done via email (I do not recommend doing that again) as soon as Rhett and Aidan showed up they walked us through the job and got straight to work fixing hairline cracks, corner pops and re-parging the entire foundation. The results look fantastic. Rhett's work on the tuck-pointing was exceptional. Colour matched our existing mortar in most places where it is almost impossible to tell any work had been done. We had JUST had our windows re-chaulked and he was able to precisely work around everything. On top of everything else they were just great, friendly people. Weather will tell us if the work holds up but from what I saw I am confident it will. I would definitely recommend them.

    Foundation parging

    Three little Pigs completed my foundation parging three years ago, and they did a great job.A few issues surfaced and they needed to be reparged. Because of Covid they were not immediately available, this was understandable, they did however keep in touch during this time. Rhett from TLP came out the other day and has now resolved the issues beyond my expectation. Rhett was friendly, an organized worker and did an excellent job. I would recommend TLP for your next job.

    Home renovation of concrete retaining wall and walkways

    From the outset of our project David and Jesse were excellent to work with. They listened to our design requests and the quote we were given was very competitive. After the project began we ran into an issue with the city urban forestry office, which resulted in a significant delay to the schedule. Throughout the entire process David went above and beyond to assist us in getting the project back on track and was more than accommodating to work with the timelines we were dealt by the city. They were on budget, competent and the quality of the work far exceeded our expectations in the finished product. From start to finish they never deviated from the agreed work, and even went beyond the scope of work while we were waiting for last-minute permits to ensure the yard was in an acceptable state in the interim. Highly recommend them for anyone with masonry work to be done, you definitely will not find better anywhere! Could not be happier!!

    Chimney Rebuild

    TLPM is an excellent company. Their pricing is very competitive. They are prompt with their estimates, contract negotiations and job scheduling. The whole team is very professional,polite and friendly. David and Jesse phone with constant updates and are always available to answer any questions. The stone refacing done 11years ago looks as good today as it did on completion. The chimney rebuild just completed looks great. The clean up at the end was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this company

    Chimney Rebuild

    It was a pleasure doing business with TLPM. David and his team ran into some unusual challenges with our job but finished the work and made things right. After receiving several quotes for the job - I could tell that this company were true experts in what they do. Thank you to David, Jesse, Barbara, Danny, Billy and Carlo for a job well done!

    Class Outfit

    They called me promptly the next day and said they did not work in my area how thoughtful to call instead of not doing anything that has never happened what a classy outfit guess that's why they have a ton of great reviews Thank you

    Chimney Repair

    3LPs were fantastic to deal with. David and Jessie were both very responsive and professional. Their crew did an incredible job, finishing the chimney repair in days. What I also appreciated was how well they maintained the work site, it was kept clean and protected everyday, not just the last day. I would definitely hire 3LP for future projects.

    Chimney repair

    Had to have the top of the chimney repaired due to deterioration over time. The work was done in a most professional manner. Completed on time, great clean-up, great follow-up after completion. Would highly recommend for any masonry work.

    Chimney repair

    I had a wonderful experience contacting this company to remove and replace defective brick in an area of the chimney at my parents house as well as adding a coping stone. From beginning to end it was a very easy and seem less process. Jesse was amazing! Professional and responsive! Good quality workmanship! Would definitely recommend! Thank you again!     Masonry work front stairs

    I saw moisture in my cold room. David from Three Little Pigs advised on the solution from photos I sent him. We booked a mason to come and fix it that same week. They did a great job, and as far as I can tell fixed the issue. Thank you!
