We recently completed the entire refacing of the front of our house, which we had purchased a year ago. We found Dave and the Three Little Pigs on Homestars, and agreed to work with them as well as the folks at Will Construct by Design - as they'd worked together before and we wanted a smooth experience given how substantial the project was. Dave was helpful & responsive throughout the process, and as far as I can tell, the workmanship was/is excellent. He's got years of experience, and it's clear that he and the team know what they are doing. While we started the project later than anticipated (pinning the design was slower than hoped), the masonry once we began was very quick and efficient (aided by the unusually pleasant fall weather). We were very happy with how quickly the stone went up. Greg was extremely courteous, pleasant, and hardworking. The house itself looks excellent, and we're pleased with the outcome. This was a big project, and the Three Little Pigs were keen to take it on. Other firms either didn't show as much interest or weren't willing to commit the time or resources to secure the business. Every project has its misfires. We did have two miscommunications throughout the process, both of which could have been avoided with the benefit of clearer communication & attention to detail upfront. Both problems were ultimately rectified in various ways, one of them did end up resulting in additional material & labour costs (3% on total cost) vs what was quoted. The other was frankly more of a misfire on my part in terms of my understanding of the scope of one portion of the job. I give credit to Dave for being accessible, responsive and open to discussing options once the problems were identified. I think the outcomes with respect to each was broadly fair for both parties. Dave definitely made it a point to ensure that we were satisfied. At the end of the day, these things can happen, and its really the response to the problem that matters more than the problem itself. All-in-all, we're thrilled with our "new" house, and would gladly recommend the Three Little Pigs to anyone considering working with them. We have additional work that we need to do over the years, and they will be our first call. Thanks to Dave and the team for all their hard work!

From beginning to end the hiring of Three Little Pigs was a great choice for us. Extremely professional, they got back to me quickly with a quote and the work was scheduled for the week after we accepted the contract. The guys were very professional and we couldn't be happier with the look of the chimney. Clean up was great. Thank you.

The bottom part of the front steps to our house had sunk into the ground, causing uneven steps and the stone work and cement to dislodge. Three Little Pigs responded promptly to our request for a quote. David attended himself to offer suggestions and advice that posts needed to be drilled to the frost line to prevent sinking in future. The repair involved a lot of heavy work like removing big armour stones around the steps and installing long slabs of stone on the steps. We are very happy with the careful and methodical work by David and Rob and their crew. Their masonry skills are outstanding, taking the effort to blend in the new stone work to the existing stone work so the final appearance is seamless. We are also impressed by the pride they take in their work and their integrity to follow through on their commitment to customer satisfaction even though the repair job ended up being more involved than perhaps originally envisioned.

I contacted 3 pigs for a quote to repair crumbling stone work. Tyler came out to look and take photos (I didn't even need to be home), then Darren phoned me. Darren was extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice on the phone. It turns out it would be a big job ($50,000), but rather than give me hard sell about why I should go ahead, he actually explained why it might be best to leave it and monitor the situation over the next few years. I was very impressed that customer service is more important to them than getting work. I would absolutely trust them in future because I know they are not going to try to rip me off. Highly recommended.

During the past winter, there was un-usual thaw cycle and we had the dreaded water in the basement. After talk to various companies, I selected this group. Very professional work at all times in a timely manner. Also, the 20 year warranty is self assuring.

We just had four brick window sills replaced with limestone sills. The entire process from initial contact, on site estimator, contact with the chief estimator, quoting, financial arrangements, and replacement, was carried out in a very professional manner. We would like to highlight the craftsmanship and personable talents of Patrick and his assistant. They were polite, clean, attentive to detail, respectful and punctual. The most comfortable we have ever been having a contractor do work on our house. The job was quoted online from photos and dimensions we supplied. The quote was very detailed as to what and how they would do to complete the job. Everyone on site was very courteous and professional. I asked about cracks in 2 corners and they said they didn't notice the extent of deterioration in the photos. Rob told me a quote is a quote and ther would be no additional charge. I also missed one step off the back deck which the also did at the same price. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. A big shout of Thanks to Jesse. Awesome job. Three Little Pigs did an excellent job with attention to detail! My garage floor was sinking and needed to be replaced. When Three Little Pigs got into the work, they found that the home builder used the wrong materials to make the existing floor. It was more time to get the job done, there was no extra costs and the results were excellent! I would highly recommend their services!

Three little Pigs Masonry did work on our home recently to repair some stonework around our front porch and to fix some cracks that had formed in the mortar. The assessment and estimate were professionally done. When the time came for the job itself, the staff arrived on time, the job was completed in a single day, and they cleaned up well afterwards. It looks great! The service we received was excellent and we would not hesitate to use them again should we have any need for a mason.
