Three Little Pigs came through again and did a great job. The quality of walkway far surpassed the work done by previous contractor. They were very timely and completed the job until we were totally thrilled. This is the second project for us with them and we have more renovations that we will call them back for. Very trustworthy.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Dave came out to see us within a day of our call and the estimate arrived the next working day. A week later the work was completed efficiently and to high standards. The next day visitors saw their work and contacted Dave for their masonry needs!

We are very impressed with the work Three Little Pig Masonry has done for us. They were very knowledgeable about the work they do. They were able to diagnose the problem, and explain in detail why they make certain suggestions in solving the problem. They did an excellent job at our house in rebuilding the chimney, tuck pointing the outside wall, and parging the side wall. Moreover, their price was very competitive. Not only were they meticulous and thorough in their work, Dave, Barbara, their son and the crew were extremely nice and personable. I'll definitely hire them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing masonry work.

We have dealt with many contractors and by far they are the best contractors we have dealt with. We had contacted Three Little Pigs back in late 2010 for some mortar maintenance work and again in 2011 to install stone porch and stone window because of water issues. Outstanding customer service, workmanship, reliable. It is always a pleasure dealing with the owners Barbara and Dave. All their employees are amazing. From the start Barbara called us right away and Dave came out for a quote. He was great in explaining every detail and made sure during the stone work, we were happy and again followed up at the completion of the project to make sure we were completely satisfied. We needed some maintenance on mortar on the porch this year, and I called and wow they do maintain their customer service to the highest standard. They came out and fixed it right away. Awesome company. Would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

I don't know much about stone work. But I do know two things...there are a lot of people who can do stone work but damn few who know how to do it well. Three Little Pigs know their trade. They aren't a sketchy company. They spent time with me discussing the project and options, provided samples, created a proper contract and stood behind their work. The cost for the columns was a little more than I wanted to spend and I was a little nervous, but now that the work is done I have absolutely no regrets. I would unconditionally recommend Three Little Pigs. Good people doing good work.

It was a pleasure to have Dave and his crew work on our house. Right from the start Dave provided us with a quote that we felt was very reasonably priced for the size of the job. We had one issue which was that we also booked roofers to come and redo our shingles so we had a time line which Dave worked with which resulting in all our renovations getting done on time. Adrian who has been with the company for a number of years worked on our house from the beginning and was on time, respectful, polite and took great pride in his work and customer satisfaction. Once we got our new black shingles on the roof Adrian came back to do some finishing work which needed to be done after the shingles were installed. Adrian placed cloth sheets on the roof to protect the shingles from being dirtied with mortar. The members of this company work very hard to please their customers one of which is me and my family. I have already asked for this company to come back in the spring to do more work for me as I believe they are adding more value to the house. . Highly recommend this company. Thanks to Dave, Barbara and Adrian for a great job well done.

My chimney was crumbling and some of the mortar in different spots on my house was cracked and turning to powder. Three Little Pigs Masonry was quick to provide a written quote, started the job when scheduled, did an outstanding job, and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. I would gladly recommend them to friends for any brick work.

My experience got off to a rocky start, first with me missing the estimators appointment, and then the company missing a scheduled start date. But they made up for it with both the customer service and quality of the work of the mason they assigned to my job, Aaron. He worked tirelessly and went over the job in great detail with me. After the job was done, they returned to touch up a couple of things that they wanted to make sure were right. Excellent customer service and a great price as well. Would recommend!

OVERALL ASSESSMENT: Dave and company provided very good value for the work done and while I do have some nitpicky concerns I believe they deserve a full ten points. I soundly recommend them. THE JOB: We originally called about having a garage slab repaired and Dave came promptly and provided a clear quote indicating why his work was superior to prevent the slab from collapsing again (using rebar and wire mesh). We expanded the job to include rebuilding our front patio with flagstone. Due to our concerns regarding the labour practices of Indian sandstone quarrying Dave was able to source local limestone to match our budget. Finally, the crumbling foundation needed to be ground down and parged and Dave once again worked within our budget to get the work done. QUALITY OF WORK: Quality of work was good to excellent. Some cosmetic deficiencies do exist but none significant enough to warrant a downgrade. Overall the work was done with care and artistry and attention to quality that meets or exceeds industry norms. Dave was very concerned we are happy with the work done. WORK AREA APPEARANCE AND CLEANUP: This is perhaps a weak area for the team. The end of day work area was a bit messy and final cleanup left bits of rock and cement scatter about. At his own initiative Dave offered to have his team come and clean up better. SCHEDULING: Scheduling was good although I needed to contact them several times to complete the final stage of work which was a few weeks later than originally promised. COMMUNICATION: Dave and team are generally very good at responding to questions but we did have some issues with miscommunication. I suggest this be an area they work to improve. COMPANY ASSESSMENT: Employees are dedicated to quality and seem to enjoy their work. Company is honest and fulfills promises. I liked how they had both good Homestar ratings plus A+ BBB rating with no complaints. This is a solid company. VALUE FOR MONEY: Despite the minor issues listed Three Little Pigs provided very good value for the money. He offers a very generous warranty. BOTTOM LINE: I would hire them again.

Three Little Pigs Masonry did a great job rebuilding our chimney from the roof up. They provided us with a detailed quote and a competitive price. They followed through by being punctual with starting and completing the job as scheduled and great service. The masons and helpers worked hard and well and cleaned up after they were done. They are a top pick for a future project at our home.
