    Replace Flagstone Walkway

    The winter took a terrible toll on our flagstone walkway. Dave came to the house and saw what was needed. The work was meticulous and we would highly recommend Three Little Pigs to anyone! We are extremely pleased with the work!!

    Chimney Brick Replacement

    I recently moved to Newmarket and saw that the bricks down the chimney wall were chipping and falling therefore unsafe. I called 4 contractors in the area and found TLP Masonry Inc. above all was able to provide a quote within a quick turn-around time, with clear language and a competitive price. They personally came on site to quote and make helpful recommendations. I could tell by the amount of time they took that their focus is on quality work. I would recommend them to anyone moving in the neighbourhood or anyone else for for that matter. Lewis

    Front porch

    It was a pleasure working with David Fritz, Barbara and the rest of the Three Little Pigs team. We needed a new porch to replace a very old one that had had its day. Everything was done properly from dismantling and hauling away old front landing, treads and risers, drilling 4 foot deep pilings (below front line), reinforcing with steel rebar, and tying to steel mesh and then forming and pouring new landing, steps and risers. Work was completed in a professional and timely manner with reasonable pricing. We are very pleased with the results and quality of the work. We will certainly call on Three Little Pigs for future projects.

    Brick repair - half wall and chimney

    David Fritz returned my call the same day and arrived the next day to give me a quote on repair work to brick damage. He accommodated my need to have the work done right away as I was preparing to sell my house. Everyone associated with the company from David, Barbara in the office (and on the phone), and all of the workers were professional, courteous, and timely. The quality of the work was excellent and no effort was spared to clean up the work areas. David came by after the work was completed to check everything and make sure I was satisfied. An excellent company with high quality work.

    brick replacement and pargeing

    Three Little Pigs were very flexible and were able to complete our repair on short notice. I was able to discuss the procedure with the installer before he set, and after he was done he had cleaned up his work area.

    Masonary Repair to Flagston Steps

    This was our 2nd experience with Three Little Pigs. David was a pleasure to deal with, prompt, gave us a very reasonable price to have the work done. Aaron lifted, levelled and re-laid flagstone steps at our front entrance, he did a great job! Great clean up too! We would recommend Three Little Pigs; very professional, timely, reasonably priced and quality work.

    Window Sills

    After the winter, our brick window sills at the back of our house were not just in bad shape, they were actually crumbling. We needed the work done quickly, so called David. He came the next day, gave us a quote and the work started very soon after. The crew arrived early, stayed late and completed the job (quite a large amount of work). They cleaned up the jobsite before they left and even came back the next day to check that they didn't miss anything in the cleanup. We were very pleased with the professional work and the crew. We've already told David we will call him in the fall to have the front window sills replaced - we were so impressed with the level of service and the work completed.

    Chimney Rebuild

    I hired Three Little Pigs Masonry to rebuild my chimney and repair some other cracked bricks. They began the project very quickly and completed it while I was away on business. I returned to find the work complete and done to my satisfaction plus the clean up was done as well. I do recommend them.

    Rotten brick repaired

    Two years ago, a landscaping company I hired placed patio stones throughout my property. Where the stones met the bricks along my house wall, the bricks started to rot. Dave came by and explained why. Dan and Jesse repaired the problem. I am very happy with their work.

    New stone sill thought my home

    My project was replacing all my old brick sills to new stone sills. I was very surprised how fast it all was. Once we made a deal and work started, it was very fast. The guys, Jesse, Adrian and Chuck worked very hard. Started early and worked late. I was very impressed. First class job!
