    Whole house carpet installation

    I can say that I am very happy with work Mark has done installing new carpet in my house. He is professional and punctual and his price is very reasonable as well. Mark even delivered a door for me from the other house in between his installation work, just to help me out. I already recommended Mark to two of my friends and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Thanks Mark, great work.

    Carpet Repair

    Mark, thanks for your great work at our house repairing the several rolls in the carpet as a result of our builders sloppy install. You and Matthew arrived on time and were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I can't thank you enough...it looks great. We will be moving in the summer, and you will be the first call when we are having new carpets installed. Thanks again, Blake

    Very extensive carpet repair because of poor original installation by Giant Carpet

    Our original carpet installation was done very poorly by Giant Carpet. Mark from Victorious Flooring did a magnificant job and relaid the whole master bedroom perfectly for us as it should have been done in the first place. Thank you Mark and your crew for fixing our mess! My wife is smiling again.

    carpeting the basement

    I needed to get my basement carpeted - found Mark on Homestars and never looked back! He arranged a visit to give an estimate, was very thorough in his measurements, and came back a week later to do the job. He and his partner Matthew arrived on time and did the job in about half the time they'd anticipated. It looks great and I'm delighted. I would eagerly recommend Mark to anyone and everyone for their carpeting needs.

    Replace carpet on entire 2nd floor of house

    I had previously dealt with Mark at work to do some carpet repairs in the office. His workmanship and work ethic were exceptional so I decided to have him replace the carpet in my home. He was efficient and the job was done perfectly. I have already recommended him.

    Carpet Stretching

    I had a tight deadline and Victorious worked with me to get the job done quickly and for a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend the company to others and use them again myself.

    carpet for basement renovation

    Recently, we decided to replace some carpeting in our basement following a major renovation. On the basis of previous positive experience with HomeStars, we decided to ask Mark Ayden for a quote. After hearing many horror stories about carpet sales/service, we were amazed by Mark's exceptional service and attention to detail. We appreciated his sage and practical advice re types of carpeting and methods of installation. His workmanship was fastidious. We will surely retain Mark to install carpeting in other areas of our home. He is very honest and a real pleasure to deal with - a class act.

    Carpet on stairs

    We needed new carpet on our stairs and Victorious was one of many companies we contacted to get quotes. Mark turned out to be the one that gave us a good price and at the same time provided many good suggestions for how to prep the stairs to ensure a quality install. For example, due to his suggestions almost all the squeaks were eliminated. The stairs are straight, but the steps are not even width, so this was by no means a straightforward job. However, Mark did an exceptional job and the carpet looks fabulous.

    Carpet laying .. one room and stairs

    Mark & Victorious Flooring are what every contractor should aspire to be. From the moment he contacted us, his communication and his willingness to understand our needs were astounding. Showed up at home to take measurements 10 minutes EARLY and does a thorough assessment of the job at hand and a quote for our chosen carpet. Unfortunately, our chosen design was discontinued by manufacturer, and we ended up with making another selection a month later .. but Mark accommodated us without charging us for the difference in cost. Calls up on the appointed date to let me know that he would be in as scheduled; comes in and does an absolutely professional job. Kudos Mark .. you'll be hearing from us for more of our carpeting needs.

    Bedroom Carpet Restretching

    We bought our house 5yrs ago and were told the carpet had been installed just prior to listing, this sounded great until about 6 months after we moved in. All the bedrooms and hallway carpet began buckling and progressively got worse as the years went by. Had we known then what great work Mark and his team could do we would've addressed it long ago. Victorious Flooring did an awesome job, they were efficient and extremely professional and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again for the great job!
