I had broadloom installed 5 years ago and after 3 months of it being installed it started to buckle. The company that installed it wasn't interested in my problem an blew me off numerous times saying it was the humidity in my house which is BS. I finally decided to clean my carpeting and the cleaning company would touch the buckled carpet so I was now forced to either rip out and put hardwood or re-stretch. Deciding to re-stretch I found Victorious Carpet on the internet and gave Mark a call. He was very nice and up front with me. He even came over to check out the problem and said he could fix it but would need a special piece of equipment. We set up a date and time and he came in with his very experienced associate and did the job to perfection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victorious Carpet for a minute. Finally I can walk into my bedroom without tripping over the buckling. Yeahhhh!

Mark was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. He was able to accommodate my request for a quick turnaround time from coming out to provide a quote, as well as to actually installing the underlay and carpet in a small basement. I had a very tight timeframe and budget to deal with, which Mark was able to work around, and he also provided input along the way without resorting to any pressure tactics. He was always available to answer my questions. I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to my friends.

I pulled up carpet to work on a creaky squeaky floor and after I finished the carpet needed to be re-installed. I was hoping to find someone willing to help with my little bit of carpet work within a week and it was all done in 2 days! From the initial contact with Mark he was responsive to my emails, communicated well in follow up using phone and email allowing us to connect at a good time for me (which can be tough sometimes with my work) when he was in the area. After great up front service he and his employee did a quick, top notch job.

We used Victorious to carpet two floors of our new home. Mark's service was exceptional - all calls returned quickly, all questions addressed completely and to our utter satisfaction. Not only did he and his crew do a fantastic installation job, Mark was also able to sell us the carpets we wanted at a steep discount from what it would have cost to purchase them in a retail location. An exceptional experience. I won't hesitate to call Mark again.

Had to do a carpet repair as my sister in law burnt the carpet with a curling iron. Mark and his team came in on short notice, fixed the problem and charged me what he said he would I would definately use Mark again.

We recently had our carpet runner installed. The owner came over promplty (after I called) with some samples, and helped advise on colour. He did a fabulous job on the installation. When I commented on a little flaw, he fixed it right away, and asked me repeatedly to examine the work and make sure I was happy. My only issue was that there were quite a few staples left behind on the floor, and I have little kids. He left behind the old carpet, and didn't offer to take it away. I don't know what the standard practise is. Overall I am very pleased with the work.

Prompt and complete! A job well done at a reasonable cost. No complaints and I will definitely be recommending and using Victorious again. We really appreciated him fitting us into his extremely busy schedule so to be ready for house guests during the Holiday season. When Mark speaks, you here the tone of a person who takes pride in his work! Thank You Mark.

We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work performed. Mark was great - He was able to meet our difficult scheduling requirements and was prompt and curteous. We found the prices to be a great value as well. We supplied our own carpeting- and they were happy to just do the installation (most companies I phoned were not). I ended up purchasing upgraded underpadding (for extra warmth in our basement). The price they charged for the underpad was MUCH cheaper than anywhere else I checked - and my basement is much more comfortable. Overall, using Victorious Carpeting was an excellent experience and we would reccommend them to everyone.

I hired a carpet installer whom I found from Kijiji named Brian who claimed to have 10 years experience and tools for the job. I got him because his rate was cheap. When he came, he didn't have any tools and could not do the job, yet charged me for the 4 hours he spent trying to lay carpet for the living room. He threatened to put a lien on my house if I refused to pay, therefore I paid him. I was left in high water to find a carpet installer in short notice. I called Mark, he came the same day, he said the earliest he could install was 3 days later due to the high volume of work they have to do. However, I pleaded with Mark to get the work done as soon as possible because the people living in the house could not function normally, with the carpet and underpad rolls blocking their passage way. Mark was touched by the plight of the residents, he relented and went out of his way to accomodate my request. The next day Mark and his assistant came and finished the job. The carpet was laid beautifully. My distress was over and I am very happy to get Mark's service. I definitely give 5 thumbs up to Mark. God bless you Mark!

Mark installed our carpet runner on our stairway. He provided valuable information in choosing a specific carpet and possible limitations of installing it on our angled stairway. Detailed measurements were taken and installed soon after. Installed in no time (a few hours) and the job was amazing. I couldn't thank Mark and his associate enough on their professionalism, education and great demeanor. Would definitely do business again.
