Couldn't believe it was finished so fast. Mark and his colleague were very quick and courteous, with up front and honest quotes and a wide selection of carpets to choose from. The carpet looks great, glad to have gone with this company.

Mark and his colleagues did an excellent job of carpeting our basement. The job was tricky in places because it's an older home, and Mark was able to solve the problems nicely.

The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner, the 6 year old carpet was completely wrinkle free in all areas that had been of concern to us and we were very happy with the completed job.

Mark installed carpet in our basement and stairwell and did an excellent job. He took the time to stop by twice with carpet samples and answered all of our questions. He installed within a week despite his busy schedule and did an excellent job. Overall his service was excellent, He was proffessional, reliable and the carpet looks great. We will be using him again when we are ready to replace carpet on the upper floor of the house and I would not hesitate to recomend him to a friend. Thanks again Mark, Great Job!

We had carpet installed at our downtown condo in the master bedroom by contractors for the Home Depot. Within a few weeks, a bulge appeared that ran the length of the master bedroom. Home Depot refused to repair the bulge, stating that it was our fault the room was too moist for the carpet thus causing the bulge. We called Mark in from Victorious Flooring to come and take a look. Apparently, the carpet was not properly stretched. Mark promptly re-stretched the carpet. The bulge is now gone and we are extremely happy with the results. Mark was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He took the time to answer all my questions. He has a positive attitude as he even moved our furniture out of the way for us. We recently bought a new home in the Leaside area and will be asking him to help us out again. Would definitely recommend him to all our friends.

We love our new carpet in the basement, his price was very reasonable and it was installed within a week. Mark did a great job and took the time to come back and make adjustments to the installation that we requested after the job was done.

We had our carpet purchased and installed almost 2 years ago from a giant carpet retailer chain that is no longer in the business now. Few months ago it has started to buckle on almost every inch. Most of the seams came apart and this has been started to being a hazard for us. Unfortunately there was no place for us to complain. We had consulted with few flooring stores to find an inexpensive solution to fix since it wasn’t our fault. All of them had suggested us to have it replaced with a new carpet. When we found Mark from victorious carpet on the internet he gave as a ballpark with a clear explanation. He came as scheduled and did a fantastic job. He re-stretched the entire carpet properly, secured the carpet grips and re-seamed the loose areas. He also used a special method to get rid of the bend marks. Better then what we had expected. He was also kind enough to patch a small charcoal burn on our carpet for free. We are very satisfied with their service. Mark is offering more than a carpet installer or a flooring repair guy and I will gladly refer him to anyone else who ends up in the similar unpleasant situation. Steve Kirsh

The service was exceptional from the day I called to ask a few questions to the moment our runner was installed. It all took place within a few days with Mark returning our call immediately and then came to give us a quote. A couple of days later Mark and his colleague came to install the runner. It looks fantastic. Workmanship is excellent and they left the place clean.
