I called Victorious Carpet Installation & Repair Services to have some carpet put on my stairs so that my dog could go on them without her paws sliding out. The stairs were very beautiful so I asked for them to be done in a safe manner yet still allow as much of the woods beauty to show as possible. Mark came and measured as well as brought samples to choose from and recommended specific carpet that is safest for dogs. Communication was great, price was very good and time from my first call to completed job was very fast. As you can see from the pictures the stair carpeting looks great and my dog now happily goes up to the 2nd floor on her own.

I am renting but the carpets were soooo dirty they had to go, Mark gave me a competitive quote + scheduled shortly thereafter to install. The carpet is very good quality + we are very comfortable. Only issue is that the carpet is so cushy compared to the old, I'll have to shave the doors down a bit. Thanks Mark

My 7yr old condo had basic builders carpet; poor quality, frayed and uneven. Mark was able to work around my schedule and provided advice as well as a very reasonably priced option. I have pets and he took this into consideration for wear and cleaning. He completed the job in a few hours and it looks incredible, the colour, style and overlook of my condo looks considerably better.

Called Mark on short notice to get a quote to replace carpet on stairs. He was so helpful and honest about carpet quality and prices that I asked him to do our basement as well. He was able to install the carpet the next week and the job was done within a day. He provided us with great advice and a great price with some free extras. Despite the short notice, the work was done great. I would definitely recommend Mark as he was very informed, speedy, friendly and great to work with.

I had several spots on my carpet to be repaired. Mark recommended that cutting them out and replacing with carpet remenant would be more noticeable. He and his colleague tried 2 stain removers that worked wonders. He wouldn't even let me pay for his time & travel. True professionals and gentlemen.

Mark was very professional and helpful. He kept communication going, did the assessment, called me, arranged for time convenient for me. The installation was a success. I had to re-carpet half of the room and was concerned that it would be visible. The job done was so perfect, I could hardly find the seam. Mark was very helpful, answered my other questions. Total professional! Would highly recommend to others and use Mark for my other project.

Mark did a great job of walking us through the process of installing a carpet from our front door to our stairs and a runner all the way up the stairs. Not knowing how to install carpet we had no idea what was possible; all we knew was that we didn't want to put any nails or tacks into our brand new hardwood floor! Mark took the time to explain what our options were and what would look the best in our house through many emails and calls, each time being very courteous and responsive. We had selected the carpet from a reputable store, but their estimate to purchase and install the carpet ended up being a bit higher than we wanted to spend. But we didn't give up and searched here on Homestars for someone with a great reputation to do the installation. His price for installation was about 1/2 of what the store would have charged and I don't think the quality of the installation suffered a bit. Mark even went so far as to pickup the carpet from the store, take it to his warehouse to cut and bind the carpet then bring it back to my house to install the stair runner in about 90 minutes. I’d have no hesitation in recommending his company.
