I recently moved to a new house and immediately wanted to replace the carpet and secure the subfloor so that it would not squeak. Mark was professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. He does the work himself (with his crew) and gets the job done in the time estimated. Now I have a floor which looks and feels great but also does not squeak. (I hate squeaky floors!) Would definitely recommend him for any type of carpet work.

I needed to get someone in to replace the carpet in my condo asap. A friend recommended I speak with Mark from Victorious Carpet because he had some work done and said they were excellent. Mark came over as soon as he could and had many samples to select from. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was honest and didnt push the most expensive choice on me but gave me the best value for my money. He was very professional and friendly. He was back again as soon as my order came in. He and his associate were very quick and I barely noticed they were in except that my place had a whole new feel. The work they did was great and I couldnt be happier. Next time I need any carpet work done I know exactly who to go to!

Mark and his team did a great job. Now I actually want to be in my basement! He was organized and punctual and there was no mess upon completion of the job. His team did not leave anything for me to complain about (which is very unusual!).

replacing carpet in downtown condo can be a nightmare. many restricted rules and such. i was very lucky to contact victorious carpet. mark at the Victorious carpet is very professional, reliable. No need to mention he did an amazing job installing the new carpet but he also made sure to clean up the place as if nothing ever happened. Turn around time is amazingly fast and he will work with your schedule. On top of that, he is an extremely nice & fun individual as well. I will recommend him to my friends & family for sure.

I can't say enough positive things about Victorious Flooring. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful when I called to get an estimate. I called few different places but Mark offered me the best price and the best customer service. They did a fantastic job putting down my cork floor. We have also saved some money with Mark's suggestion by not buying the dricore panel accessories. NOTE : As I have promised, I'm not reveling his secret but they are using a special technique to have the panels look more elegant, warm and cozy. It also helps the concrete to breath. No further details as promised :) They have a new customer for life. Thank you Mark!

Mark was able to give me a quote within 24 hrs of receiving the pictures of the stairs that needed carpeting. The work by Matthew was exceptional and quick. I would recommend Victorious to anyone who needs these services.

Victorious Carpet did an excellent job installing vinyl flooring for a great price! The product they use is wonderful, the work was done quickly, and the quality of work is amazing. The most impressive aspect was how much they cared that we were happy with their work. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
