    After I requested a quotation to put a carpet in our kid's bedroom, Mark called me and he showed up at our property very quickly for measurements and evaluation. On the next day, the technician arrived with our selected carpet and got the job done quickly and professionally. Reasonable price, good selection of carpets, organized company, professional technicians and happy customers...

    Carpet installation in Basement

    This is the second time I am having carpet installed by Mark and his crew. The first one was done around 9 years ago at my previous residence. Mark and team had performed an excellent job and carpet installation was excellent and provided a safe cozy place for my kids in the basement area. Therefore, for my new home basement, I again went to Mark for installation of carpet. Like last time I received an honest, competitive and no-pressure quote from him. He visited my place to get the exact idea of what my requirements are and provided various options in terms of the type of carpet and underlays. The installation process was also very professional. I received advance emails and reminder emails, confirming the installation date, installer name, and how to prepare the basement space in advance for the installation. Installers came on time, performed the work as agreed and at the end provided me an opportunity to have a final inspection before they left after removing any remnant / garbage. Excellent work Mark and Team !

    Highly recomended !!!

    We needed to make a major renovation of the wall to wall carpeting in our home. Having no references we were looking for the carpeting company for 4 month. Some of the companies we found delayed response for more than a week; others had uncaring and indifferent representatives. One big company sent to make measurements of the carpet installation area in our home an unprofessional and inexperience person. After his initial visit we've never been able to get a hold of him to ask question and get clarifications. After 4 month of our attempts we found VICTORIOUS CARPET and FLOORING company. Responses to our phone calls and e-mails were very prompt, all our questions were answered. We learned that the company has very convenient service to bring samples to our home. Mark came to our home with samples. He answered all our questions, explained very clear the whole process of carpet installation. We chose the carpet. Mark made measurements for 3 rooms and hallway in our home the same day. He seems to be very professional, experienced, responsible and caring person. Next day we received quotes and decided to go with VICTORIOUS CARPET and FLOORING company for the carpet installation. Later we learned that Mark is the owner of this company. Mark made everything that the process would be smooth and not stressful. He answered promptly each our e-mail and returned each phone call the same day, when we had additional questions. He provided us with instructions with a clear and detailed written every step of the process. We had carpet installer Jason and his assistant. Jason is a very skilled, experienced, professional, hardworking installer. He is very responsible with terrific people skills. His assistant was very professional as well. They had done a terrific work. Wall to wall carpet has been installed neatly, professionally in all 3 rooms and a hallway. After finishing work they cleaned diligently everything everywhere. Our home looks amazing and beautiful with this new installed carpet. We thank Mark and his crew from VICTORIOUS CARPET and FLOORING Company for the terrific professional work! And we recommend VICTORIOUS CARPET and FLOORING Company to everyone who is looking for responsible, reliable, professional, experienced team.

    repair of carpet

    There were 2 repair jobs on my old carpet and they were done very professionally and the employees were very pleasant to deal with.

    Carpet Installation

    I am writing this review because I was very satisfied with the work that was done. From the quote which was very prompt and thorough to the day of installation, they proved very reliable The arrived on time with all the material. The three workmen who came were very professional, neat and efficient. They used their runners to keep the house clean while they worked. They installed the carpets on my stairs in the house as well as the basement. Great job! They worked silently and only took a short break. They used good material and even cleaned up thoroughly after they finished

    Excellent Service from an Excellent Team!

    Mark and his crew were nothing but top notch from start to finish. Right from our very first meeting Mark was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We weren't sure which colour of carpet to go with, but Mark was right there to offer up his suggestions utilizing his vast experience with quality and colour based on our family dynamic and lifestyle (kids/pets/traffic/etc). He suggested options, without coming across as the normal "pushy salesman" we all hate. Communication was fantastic throughout, to a point where Mark was even reaching out to me with reminders to keep the project moving along. Install day came and went with ease. The installer was very professional and polite, and was able to motor through our job in a matter of hours. The finished product looks & feels great! To top it all off, Mark called me immediately after I paid my invoice to tell me that I accidentally overpaid (he had quoted labour for tear-out and removal of our existing carpet, but I had done that myself) and he was issuing a refund to that amount immediately. What other contractor would pick up on that so quickly and have the integrity to refund the money back!?! I will continue to use Victorious Carpet and recommend them for any carpeting projects moving forward!
