    Perfect experience installing new carpet

    We were looking to get a new carpet in a house we just purchased. I reached out to Mark at Victorious Carpets at 9pm on a Thursday, he responded at 9:02 and we met the next day. Carpet was installed by two very competent and polite men the next week. Looks great! Couldn't be happier with my experience. Mark is extremely communicative and his business is clearly a very well-oiled machine. 100% pleased.

    Basememt Carpet - Great advice, professional installation and fair price

    Mark provided excellent consultation on the best carpet and padding for our situation, which was not the highest price. Our installers, Jason and Ian were professional. Highlighted options when obstacles prevents normal path forward and what they would recommend. As well they left the new space clean and without a trace of the work done. Highly recommended all around.

    Flooring Replacement

    Arrived On time for an estimate for carpet replacement . Explained density , fibre types, material , and difference in quality. He was able to demonstrate and show comparisons using his on site mobile display Ive dealt with many different flooring companies over the years , but none have been as informative and professional. Highly recommended for all your flooring needs .

    Best Flooring repair experience in Canada

    I had a laminated wood flooring repair done recently by Mark and his team for may parents' condo in Toronto. I live in US, and have had experiences with repairs in Toronto, DC and Boston areas. I can attest without any hesitation, the quality, consistency and excellence of work done, attentive service and follow up provided particularly for elderly clients by Mark and his team at Victorious Carpet Installation & Repairs are world class. They were patient and kind despite some language challenges for my parents. They performed their work with highest professionalism, kindness and grace. Even the building management took their contacts for any future referrals. I highly recommend them without any reservation.

    Fast, professional, highly recommended!

    Before Victorious Carpet, I called a few other companies for a quote, but only Mark contacted us fast and came to discuss with us all the available options. Installation was incredible fast done, with a great attention to details, and high professional approach. Price was also very good! Highly recommended! Adrian

    Beautiful grey carpet

    I recently had a new carpet installed on my stair case and upstairs bedroom. It was such a good experience and the installers were incredibly professional and friendly. The new look really great.

    Carpet Repair

    Mark came out to do a repair for me and which he originally installed in my basement. It turned out fantastic better than I hoped considering the carpet was put in 2016. Mark is alway professional to deal with and is is prompt on getting back to you which is a plus now a days. I will always go to Mark for my flooring needs. Thanks Again Mark
