    Carpet installation

    Carpet was selected with no trouble and suitable options and advice. Installed on the assigned day. Polite installers. Results fine. We have lots of little fibres to sweep up alas. Now finished.

    The best in the business!

    All over the world, a business transaction almost always takes place because the people on either end of the deal liked each other. Mark is one of those people. He is incredibly personable which immediately put me at ease from the moment we met him. What struck me most about Mark is how he treated my carpet replacement project as his own if it were his home. He took a lot of time and multiple visits to make sure he gave me the best advice for what my home and family needed and not upselling me which I genuinely appreciated. In addition, Mark went out of his way to send me tips and DIY suggestions to fix other items which I was ready to have him fix but he was very honest in educating me that these fixes can be done inexpensively by myself instead of him having to professionally fix which would increase our project costs. This should tell you everything you want to know about Mark. I was touched with Mark’s caring nature, very clear verbal and written communication and most of all his ethics and integrity. Knowing my current situation with just my wife and 6 month old baby in the house, Mark and his team went above and beyond with assisting me take apart our furniture and temporarily locate around the house over the course of the project and ensured everything was reassembled and put right back where it belonged once the project was done. I can’t begin to express how important this was to us, it would have taken us months to put everything back together and in place. Our project was completed on time and right on the quoted rate. Carpets don’t get replaced often, sometimes never, so I can’t say I will use Mark again very soon (as much as I would want to) but I truly hope this review helps you along with Mark and his team. Home projects are never easy, things don’t always go to plan and there is almost always a sour taste left at the end. I expected the same, but I was wrong. I am glad I did business with Mark and it ended up being the best decision I made for this home project. Thank you Mark for taking good care of us.     Carpet installation

    Mark was great to work with. He answered all my questions promptly and showed up to our meeting at my house prepared. We spoke about different types of carpets that would suit my home the best. His explanations were very detailed. You can tell he has done this for awhile. On installation day Jason and his colleague arrived on time and spend all day doing an impeccable job. Highly recommended.

    Amazingly satisfied

    It's not often that you find excellent service and workmanship these days so of course we were thrilled that we had Victorious Carpet Installation re-do our upper floor. They really do know how to combine amazing service, workmanship and a great price into customer satisfaction. Without any hesitation we recommend and look forward to having them do more work for us in the future. No doubt!

    Basement LVT installation

    If you’re looking to deal with an honest and professional contractor for your flooring needs look no further. It has been such a pleasure dealing with Mark from the beginning. Having a contractor giving you sound advice and preventing you from making bad decisions is so critical when dealing with something as essential as flooring. Clear communication and integrity is their brand. Out of the various contractors I’m currently working with, I don’t have to worry at all with this team. Undertaking large renovation projects is already a daunting and stressful task, but Mark has made this experience so great. Thank you Mark and Ramsey for doing such a great job with our home. You both earn all my praise and then some. Cheers to you both!

    New Carpet Installed

    The guys did a great job installing a new carpet on the stairs. Quick, efficient and very professional service. All in all. Very happy with the work.

    Mark and his team were fantastic to work with. Mark is a great communicator who was always prompt, very responsive and took additional time to assist us with project specific nuances.     Carpet repairs

    They were very professional and courteous. They responded to all my requests quickly, scheduled the appointment within my time frame and completed the work on time. The quality of the work was excellent and I would recommend them to anybody.

    Entryway mat and side door entry mat - amazing workmanship

    Found these guys while trying to search for large size entry mats (larger than ones sold in big toolbox chains) and am amazed by their product and workmanship. My entryway required different sized cuts to hug the trim (into the closet) and they did a superb job. The product they sell is commercial grade used in condos, and walking in from outside I’m not afraid of tracking in snow because this mat will protect the floor. Mark was professional and great to speak to when setting this up. Very informative, and transparent. Mike completed the install and did a superb job. Honestly if I have anyone who wants something similar I would definitely recommend these Victorious Carpet.

    Great Service!

    I spoke to Mark regarding a carpet install issue, although Mark could not complete the work himself, he went out of his way to get me the assistance i needed. now that is customer service! Thank you Mark!!!
