    Fantastic job. Mark was prompt in replying to m ybrequest. He was very helpful, and explained everything. The technicians were great also. They did a really nice job for a reasonable price. Thorough and easy to communicate with. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you!

    Carpet repair

    Mark, Jason and team did a fantastic job with replacing a section of carpet. They were friendly and courteous, on time, quick and made great recommendations. I would absolutely use their services again.

    Very Satisfied Customer!!!

    Victorious Flooring replaced our bedroom carpet, the service was quick and there was no pressured sales, I highly recommend them others and my family and friends. The job was complete in less than 3 hours. Thank you Mark for my beautiful carpeting!

    Underpaid installing & carpet tacking/stretching

    Mark & his assistant Jay were incredibly professional, did a fantastic job & cleaned up perfectly when done the job. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Victorious services. Extremely happy with the job they did. I only wish I had called them sooner!

    Stair Carpet Repair

    The carpet on the first and top steps on my stairs had frayed on the edge and was really unsightly. Victorious Carpet Installation gave me a great quote for repairing the carpet using a piece I had left from the original installation They honestly stated that the repair might be visible due to the type of carpet I had. I accepted this risk. When the technician had completed the repair I was so happy. It looks so fantastic and absolutely no visible signs of any repair The technician arrived on time and was so great to deal with completing the job in no time at all in a truly expert manner. I would definitely recommend this company and if needed would use them again with no hesitation

    carpet replacement

    My experience with Victorious Carpet was top notch. Mark came to our home and did an inspection to generate an accurate estimate. He brought samples and I knew he was an honest person when he didn't attempt to upsell us to a more expensive carpet when he saw our large dog and considered our reason for replacing our living room carpet was because of a recent pet accident - Mark recommended a pet friendly carpet which was not in the higher tier of pricing among the samples he brought. Mark communicated promptly and answered all our questions and was very thorough. The installers arrived as scheduled and were very fast and professional and did a great job with the installation. They even pointed out a pet odour that had permeated into the underpad track and suggested I apply febreeze or talcum powder to neutralize it before they installed the new underpad. We are really thrilled with the professionalism and service from Victorious Carpet. We plan on replacing more capret and installing LVT with them in the spring in our parts of the house.
