    Excellent Service

    We recently used Victorious to replace carpet in our basement. We are thrilled with the final product but moreover, this is a company that truly cares about customer service. We first found out about Victorious here on Homestars and Mark and his team have certainly lived up to their top ratings. Honest, fast, excellent work and good value. Installers Jason and Ian were professional and the carpet looks great. We would absolutely recommend Victorious to anyone looking for carpet services.

    Basement carpet

    Mark was a great person to come do the assessment, the price was fair and lower than the competition. The two gentleman that came to do the carpet (Jason and partner) were very careful, polite and professional in installing the carpet. Took them only a few hours to remove old carpet and put in the new one. Highly recommended!

    LVT plank install

    I had Lvt planks installed into 2 rooms. Mark and his team completed the job on time and the work was exceptional. I highly recommend Victorious for all your flooring need and will be using them for all future installs Gary H

    LVT install

    I had LVT planks installed in 2 rooms. Very impressed with Mark and his team Outstanding job on scheduling, installing and cleanup. I highly recommend Victorious carpet and will be using them again for all future flooring needs. Thanks again Mark Sincerely Gary H

    Re stretching of existing carpet

    Original carpet was installed flawlessly by Marks crew. Minor adjustment needed to be made a few years later and was perfectly completed in less than an hour.

    Carpet Stretching

    The carpet in our approximately 14’x17’ master bedroom needed stretching. It was a real eyesore with many wrinkles. Jason and his assistant were extremely polite. Jason phoned to confirm his arrival time. He reviewed with me what he would be doing and how he would do it. He confirmed the cost prior to beginning. He showed us their work upon completion and asked if we were satisfied. Both workers wore masks (as did my husband and I). Great job!

    Basement Carpet Repair

    Mark is polite and on time for the appointment. He gave us the honest recommendations that we need without oversell and arranged quick installation for us. Erdem and his partner are polite and did a great job on replacing the damage carpet in the basement. The service was quick and on time. Ken

    Wool carpet installation on stairs

    Victorious Flooring recently completed the installation of carpet on three flights of stairs in my townhouse. The work was done to perfection, Mark is a delight to work with, accommodating and providing the highest level of customer service. The technicians were respectful and talented. I’m thrilled with the finished product.
