    Carpet installment

    Mark was very thorough in his initial inspection of what we needed and all costs were broken down. Jason was our installer and was on time and professional. The carpet looks amazing in our basement.

    Carpeting stairs

    Great experience with Victorious! They were the only company that called me back quickly, let me know exactly what my options were, and had a very fair price. The work was done very fast and looks amazing!

    Replacement of Carpeting in bedrooms, hallway and staircases

    We desperately needed to replace our very worn 30+ year old carpets and we are so glad we chose Victorious Carpet to do the job. From start to finish the experience was smooth and stress-free. Mark's installers were very professional and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were also able to stretch one of our other carpets while they were there. Job took two days to complete and we are now enjoying the results. Wish we had done it sooner. It looks fabulous.

    Basement and staircase carpeting

    Mark Aydin did a splendid job carpeting our basement and staircase recently. From consultation and quoting with options to suit budget, best choice of carpet and underpadding etc, his knowledge and precision were stellar. Despite the undulating nature of the floor, the job was seamless and we are delighted with the finished product. Every concern was addressed and his scheduling, delivery and installation ran like clockwork. So wonderful to get not only a highly skilled tradesperson but a businessman who runs a really great operation always geared to maximum customer satisfaction.

    Install Carpet on stairs

    They did a wonderful job. Mark was super nice he kept emailing and texting me within a hour with updates and he answered all my questions. The guys that came to install were very polite and professional. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left my house. I would use them again for sure Thank you Mark

    Carpet Installation

    It was a super smooth transaction with Mark. I felt like I was just asking my uncle because we really connected at our FIRST meeting. When Mark says you can ask him ANYTHING, he actually means it (carpet advice, garbage days schedule, life, restaurants, places, you name it!). You will enjoy talking to him because you can learn a lot from him. I had a hard time choosing what material/colour but Mark was there to assist me. He’s so honest and didn’t feel like he was just selling. He is not the type who would upsell you just for the big bucks! He will recommend what’s budget-friendly and what you need. Moreover, Jason and Ian installed my carpet and did an incredible job in one day. Both are very polite and professional they did a fantastic job with the bedrooms, closet, and stairs. They really look into details, and as Jason said, HE LOVES doing it, and it shows in his work. I am very happy with the way he seams my carpet it's very professional and seamless. The name says it VICTORIOUS job! Mark, Jason, and Ian you guys deserved the 5-star ratings, keep the record perfect!

    Don’t go anywhere else

    We had Mark and his team replace our stairway and hall carpet. Mark was professional, courteous and honest from the start. His communication is excellent. Jason and his crew mate installed the carpet beautifully. They took their time to do a perfect job. We did have one small issue and Mark came out the next day to promptly fix the problem. I’ll be contacting them for all future jobs. I won’t bother with anyone else.

    Carpet installation

    Mark and his team did a wonderful job. They were punctual, humble and good at what they do. The installation day went smooth and the technicians did a great job. Thank you guys and happy with the result.

    Berber carpet repair

    Our berber carpet got caught in the vacuum and snagged about 12 inches out of the flooring in a highly visible part of the room. One option was to patch using remnant carpet and while on-site the team suggested pulling the seams together and resealing. The suggestion worked and it looks as though nothing was ever a problem. See for yourself. Very professional and prompt service. Thanks again!

    Carpet Installation and Carpet Re-Stretching

    Great customer service and installation by Mark and his team. If I ever need carpet work again, I'll be calling Mark and Victorious. Mark service orientation was always on point: coming to our home, showing samples, offering to return again after a paint job, prompt email communication. His installation team removed all the wrinkles in our second floor carpeting and recommended a cleaner for us. His team also installed new carpeting in the main floor which came out flawless. This has been a great experience and thank you. Recommended.
