    Replaced Carpet

    Mark was able to provide a rough estimate from provided photos and a drawing of the floor layout with dimensions that ended up being very close to the estimate provided once he was able to do an onsite visit, which was great. He was able to work with us on a date that suited both ourselves and our tenant and the work on the day was done quickly and didn't compromise quality. All in all, a very positive experience for a job that could have been quite disruptive. Thank you Mark and Erdem!

    Carpet Replacement for Master Bedroom

    Since we were fully satisfied with this company’s installation of our basement carpet in 2020, we went with them again. Did not bother with other quotes. Mark is very customer oriented and responds In a timely and courteous manner as always. I chose Victorious based on their excellent Homestar rating and am happy with the decision. The technicians called to confirm and arrived on time. When completed, the technician walked me through the work and the thresholds. job well done. Thank you!

    Old home brought back to life

    We bought a 100 year old home, and of course, the carpets needed to be replaced. I can't believe how much better my home looks. Victorious Carpet was professional, communicative, and high-quality from quote to completion. I highly recommend their services.

    Just amazing

    Mark and his team are just amazing. Mark is a professional business owner and also an honest and caring human being. Mark at Victorious Carpet arranged to help me with moving heavy furniture in preparation for the carpet install. His professional staff removed the existing carpet from the stairs, hallway and bedrooms and installed new carpet and padding in less than 2 days. The quality of the workmanship and finished product is just amazing. They also managed to repair several areas on the floor that were squeeking. They took care of every detail including cleaning and recycling of all the old material and moving the furniture back. 10/10 customer service, quality, expertise and knowledge. I could not have found anyone better than Mark and his team at Victorious Carpet to do this project.

    Mark and his team of installers really care. They are quick, courteous, know a lot about what they are doing and take high care and quality in making your home beautiful.     Love my new carpet

    Replaced ancient carpet in upper floor - 3 bedrooms, office, hallway and 2 flights of stairs Mark was helpful and patient for carpet selection Team started on time - did a great job of installation Took time to make sure everything was perfect. Fixed a stair transition - created a rolled carpet edge where builder had just left a rough partially unfinished edge Vacuumed and cleaned up thoroughly Overall a great job - Highly recommend

    Carpet Reinstallation after Plumbing Repairs

    Our carpet had to be pulled back to allow for plumbing repairs to be completed, and sustained minor damage as a result. The Victorious team arrived on time, repaired and re-installed the carpet, and did a great job. Victorious is a very organized, very professional organization. Great communication with owner Mark and the team. Highly recommended.
