    Carpet

    Very happy with the service, Mark was through and explained his recommendations in detail. Helped me with the process of choosing a carpet for the area. The installation process was fast, two installers made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Very happy I would recommend and use them for another service.

    Stair Carpet Runner

    We had the pleasure of working with Mark, and his lead installer Mike with the installation of our stair carpet runner. Both gentlemen are very professional, and the work Mike did exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be having Victorious come back in the future! Thank you Victorious!

    Carpet replacement

    Victorious Carpet did an amazing job with our carpet replacement. I cannot speak highly enough of Mark. He is amazing and extremely professional. We initially contacted him to replace carpet and stair runners in a townhouse. He was very professional and gave great advice at the initial visit. Subsequently, he was a pleasure to deal with in subsequent interactions. We decided to go ahead with him. He was able to fit us in a very quickly, and his workers were very professional and on time. The end result was excellent and I do not have any complaints.

    New Carpet Installation

    Best carpet company I have ever dealt with. Will definitely do business again. Jason and Ian, the installers were very professional and polite. They did a thorough job and cleaned up very well afterward.

    Carpet installation

    We were very pleased with the work Victorious did. Two young men installed our carpet and did a PHENOMENAL job ... the work is clean and high quality and everyone we encountered from initial estimate to completion was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We would definitely call for future projects. Highly recommend.

    Excellent Customer Service and Quality of Work

    We reached out to Victorious Carpet Installations & Repair to replace Our our basement carpet. Mark had a number of options for us to choose from, in various styles and prices, and he was extremely knowledgable about his product offerings. His crew came exactly when they said they would. They were extremely polite, professional and respectful of our space. We would absolutely refer them to anyone.

    Carpet Runner

    Mark was accommodating, took his time to share his opinion and suggestions. We finally agreed on the decision for our new runner that compliments our new floor and home.  We decided on a product and hired Mark on the spot.  We agreed on a timeline that worked well with our project. While we waited, Mark kept us updated on the delivery timelines. Day of installation, Mark called to inform us that the crew was running a few minutes behind. Within the hour, and as promised, Mark's team arrived and completed the installation. They cleaned up after they were done as if they were never present. The only difference, we had a brand new runner, and it looked great. We have given our home a new contemporary and great look. We will be sure to refer Mark and Victorious Flooring to our friends and family.

    New Carpet makes the room look so much better

    Mark returned my call immediately, and came to the house to show me samples and measure and tried to get the installation asap. And was always responsive. The installers were professional, did a great job, cleaned up and were gone within 3 hours.

    EFFICIENT SERVICE, GREAT WORK DONE!

    We are selling our house and need to replace carpet on the stairs (thanks to our lovely cats all over the years). Mark was very efficient in responding, visiting our home, providing useful samples for us to choose from, and scheduling a suitable time for the work to be done. Of course, the work was done very professionally and well. We couldn't be more happy about both the process and the outcome.
