    Carpet Replacement

    We had all of the old carpet in our new home replaced - stairs and entire upper level. I knew that I was going to choose Victorious from the moment I spoke to Mark on the phone. He was kind and knowledgeable. When he came to our home, he was courteous and thorough. He showed us samples that would suit our needs and was honest with recommendations. In the end, we chose the same type of carpet that was currently in our home and one of our top three colour choices was in stock. The work was completed a week later. The installers called the morning of to let us know they were on the way. The job was done in about five hours and looks incredible! I have already recommended Victorious to a friend and will continue to do so. Thank you to the team!

    Small Commercial carpet installation

    Mark and his company are terrific. This is my second time using them. Very professional, very reasonable and good quality. I had some patches to repair and some carpet to replace because of some renovations.

    Stair runner

    This is my 3rd timing calling on Mark's services, and wouldn't hesitate to call him a fourth time. The first time was over 5 years ago in a different house where he installed a runner and bedroom carpet. Five years later, he is just as responsive, reasonable and honest. Thank you for another great job!

    Carpet stair replacement and restretching and repair

    Great experience with Mark and his installers. Very detailed quote provided. Excellent communication from Mark and the installers. Work was done quickly and neatly. We are very pleased with their work.

    Carpet installation top notch

    Mark sent two men to install my carpet who were fast, hard working, but most importantly very skilled. They did a wonderful job. We are extremely happy with the service. Would recommend this company to everyone. And at a great price!

    Carpet installation

    Mark and Victorious Carpet did an excellent job doing my carpet installation. I am absolutely thrilled with the professionalism shown and the care and respect shown to me and my home. The installation was done in a timely fashion and cleanup was done without having to ask. I would recommend Victorious Carpet in a heartbeat.

    Amazing Customer Service ! Best Quality In GTA

    From day one, Mark responded within 5 minutes . Mark was always gracious with his time and ensured I was always happy along the way. Mike the installer came by to my home at least three times since I was not sure which carpet to choose for my stairs. Very patient and polite always ! Mark’s empathy for his customers does not go unnoticed . He referred me to a supply store and they said “ Mark really cares about all of his customers” I found that to be true since he wanted me to be 100 per cent happy with the carpet I chose . There’s was a tiny blip in the first carpet and Mark told me he couldn’t sleep that night as he was so worried . You don’t find that very often. . He promised the runner would be in before Christmas and he did just that . Mike installed my runner on Christmas Eve ! So impressed with my experience . I will definitely refer Victorious Carpet to ALL my family and friends. You will be happy you did.

    Runner on stairs

    If you are looking for a top quality product and service, then Mark is the go to guy. Not only he offers superior products, but also recommends various ideas to meet the customer’s requirements. The installer did an excellent and clean job. Cost wise, I got a very competitive and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Victorious Carpet for any job, be it small or big - they will exceed your expectations!

    Carpet Stretching

    Very happy with Mark and his team! 2 bedrooms + hallway had become loose/lumps had formed over the years. They did a great job stretching our loose carpet. Would definitely recommend!
