Stair carpeting
We had our old stair carpet removed and new carpet installed by Victorious Flooring. Mark came over with samples and we were able to select our choice. Two weeks later it was installed. He answered all our questions and let us know exactly when the installer would arrive. Our installer Jason did the job quickly and efficiently. The results were fantastic. I would definitely recommend Victorious Flooring, the owner Mark is very knowledgeable and his staff very competent.

Stair Carpeting
We had our old stair carpet removed and new carpet installed by Victorious Flooring. Mark made the whole process easy. He was also quick to respond to all my questions. Our installer Jason and his assistant were very professional and did the job quick and efficiently. The results were beautiful! I would definitely go with Victorious Flooring again if I wanted any other room done in my home. I highly recommend them!

Carpet stretching
We were very satisfied with Victorious Flooring from our first interaction with Mark for the inspection/quote process through to the expert work done by Jason. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional yet friendly. Contact was prompt and timeframes given were spot on. We are very satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend Victorious Flooring and would use their services again without reservation. I have attached some before/after pictures.

Carpet Install
Good competitive pricing and excellent workmanship on the actual job completed. Both Mark and his installer Jason were professional and a pleasure to work with. Both also made lots of good recommendations and suggestions which highlighted their experience. Will definitely use again in the future.

Great Product, Great People, and Great Value!

Carpet Installation
My husband & I are seniors and just moved into a condo after 37 years in our house. Needless to say, it felt overwhelming! We thought that we could live with the wall-to-wall carpeting in our bedroom for a while but quickly decided that it was too old & tired. I went online to check out possible suppliers & discovered the outstanding reviews for Victorious Carpet & Flooring. I called to see how we should go about making an appointment and was pleased to learn that they have a mobile service and could come to our home several days later. We learned a lot about carpeting at this appointment and were able to see the samples on the floor in our bedroom. Mark provided a cost for the samples that we were interested in and we made our decision the next day! We also able to choose an installation date for a couple of weeks later. Our carpet was installed yesterday & we couldn't be happier with the quality of the carpet and the excellent service that we received from Mark and the two installers. We will definitely use this company again.

Installation of carpet in basement

Superb job
Mark and his team did a fantastic job replacing our old carpet with a beautiful new one they helped us pick out. From start to finish, sales, scheduling, installation, and follow-up everything was seamless and professional. Mark was super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and address any concerns. This has been the best experience I've ever had with home improvement work. Carpet repair
I had to have a part of my carpet underpad replaced and our existing carpet relaid after water damage occurred. Happy to find a company that gave me attention despite it being a relatively small job. Communication with Mark was excellent and everything was easy to set up over the phone/ online. The work was completely timely and efficiently and we are happy with the results. Jason the technician was great. Would definitely recommend!

Mark is awesome!
Mark and his team installed carpet in our sunroom and on three sets of stairs (and their landings). What an exceptional experience! Mark is beyond knowledgeable on his product. He helped us to choose the right carpets for our needs and our budget went much further with Victorious Carpet & Flooring versus the other stores we had sourced out. His installers were polite, clean and very efficient. We love the end result. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Mark. Not only is he a great business person, hes also a nice person!
