    New Carpet on stairs

    Victorious carpet did a fantastic job re-carpeting my stairs. Not only was the job done in a matter of 2 hours, they removed the old carpet and cleaned up after the job was complete. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They accommodated my schedule and from the time of quote, they had availability to do the job within 3 days! I would absolutely recommend them.

    Master bedroom and closet

    Saw Mark's company reviews and knew we could not go wrong and were proven right. Mark and his installer Erdem were very Covid compliant and we felt safe in letting them in our home. From first contact to the completion of the job, (in less than a week), Mark showed his attention to customer needs and arrived in our house with numerous samples, all of which were in tune with the description of what we wanted. In fact anyone of the dozen or so samples would have been great. Once we made our choice within a few days delivery and installation went smoothly on time and as promised. Erdem is a fabulous installer, could not have gotten a more perfect installation. Thank you Victorious Carpet, no doubt we will see you again. Highly recommended!!!!! A++++++

    Marvelous Service

    I am a Toronto area Realtor and Victorious Carpet and Flooring was recommended to my by a client. I used them to install carpeting in my own condo. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was by both the quality of the service and the clarity of communication with me as a customer throughout the process. In future they will be my "go to" recommendation to my own clients.

    STAIRCASE LINER

    My son had used this company before and recommended them to us. The installer came on time as scheduled, and the job was done in a professional manner. He came into our house well organized and left the job very clean, which was appreciated.

    Prompt. polite and good quality

    I've used this company twice now (for carpet runners on my very oddly shaped staircases) and have been pleased both times. Mark communicates promptly, is professional and sends excellent technicians to do the work. He brings the carpet samples right to you and there are many to choose from. Highly recommend.

    Professional service and quality work

    I got referred here by my contractor and it was a professional experience from top to bottom. Mark was timely with email response and highlevel quote, on site visit for measurements and carpet selection and then installation one week later. End to end I got a flight of stairs with landing carpeted within 2 weeks. Mark was on top of all communications and did not leave any ambiguity in the process or expectations. HIGHLY recommend!
