    Flooring project

    Mark was great to deal with. He was as concerned as we were with the quality and value of the flooring he provided. He treats customers like family, and that's especially important when you are spending your money on a product with so many options and variables. He recommended the best material, he provided advice on suitability, he provided advice on installation and maintenance, and he followed through with proactive communication. We would definitely use Victorious again and recommend them to anyone.

    Loving our "new" basement!

    We are over the moon happy with the service we got from Victorious from the very first contact, through the job and even within a week afterwards. Mark is incredibly attentive and patient. We got a quote from a competitor as well, who not only was more expensive but incredibly rude and didn't tolerate my questions about the job. Just because you have a catchy jingle on the radio, doesn't mean you will do a great job. Our basement and main staircase was run down and dirty. Our new carpet has freshened up the space so much and we absolutely love it. I have and will continue to recommend Victorious to friends and family. I was nervous to change our carper in the midst of a pandemic. Mark's and his team took all necessary covid measures to keep our family safe.

    Mark and his team are the best. The job was amazing and costumer service is unbelievable. They keep me informed at all times. I'm extremely satisfied. I will recommend Victorious any time.

    Upstairs Carpet

    We selected Victorious Carpet based on the reviews we saw here on HomeStars and were NOT disappointed. We had just purchased a new home and wanted our upstairs carpet replaced and wanted to time it out for the day we moved in (so we wouldn't have all of our furniture already in place) -- a little bit hectic with movers and carpet installers and painters all at once, but the team at Victorious Carpet were incredibly flexible! One minor hiccup along the way, there was a bedroom with an air register that hadn't been cut (already had 2 in place) - that we didn't discover until that evening. Victorious was back the next morning to cut it open and we were set! Excellent professionalism and communication throughout the entire process and even better end results! We would definitely recommend Victorious to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future for our carpet needs!

    Living Room & Den Floor Replacement

    I previously had Victorious replace the flooring in the bedrooms back in 2018 and loved their work, so thought of them again when the living room & den floors needed replacement this year. The quote was quick & thorough and the work was completed promptly on the scheduled date. The work was awesome and I'd totally use them again.

    Carpet and flooring install

    Excellent service and great quality flooring. Good communication on timing and what to expect. I would not hesitate to recommend Victorious Flooring. I like working with Companies that are dependable and that is how I feel about this company.

    Carpet repair

    I was in a bit of a bind and need carpet repairs done on my basement carpet. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come under short notice and fix the issues. There were several pulls and missing strip that they repaired and made it look like there was never an issue. I would highly recommend these guys.

    Carpet stretching

    Our carpeting is older but still looked good but with buckling in a few spots. Two technicians came in and corrected the problem in about an hour. It looks much better - thanks!

    Office Carpet Installation

    We were re-carpeting 3600 square feet. They came in with the lowest quote and were also very easy to work with during the estimate phase. The installation went very smoothly and was completed on time. We are very happy with the whole project and would recommend Victorious.

    Great service and quality rugs!

    We needed to replace the rug of our newly bought home and needed to change the carpets as soon as possible. Mark came to our house to give us a quote right away, the installation was done 4 days after. The removal of the old carpet and new carpet installation were done within a day and very well done.
