    Installation of stair runner

    Excellent service and selection of carpets at the quote and then installation went off quickly and the carpet looks great. Really appreciate the effort of the Victorious team in getting this safety stair runner installation done for us and our young kids. Plus extra care was taken for COVID which we appreciated immensely.

    Basement Carpet and Stairs

    I am a repeat customer and for good reason. Mark and his team did a fantastic job - my basement carpet and stairs look beautiful. The installation was done meticulously and no mess was left behind. I was most impressed however by the customer service. Mark is responsive, timely and reliable - qualities that are often hard to come by when dealing with different tradespeople. The entire process was completely stress free and the results were, once again, top notch. Thank you!

    Carpet replacement in basement

    Right from the beginning, our experience with Victorious Carpet was great! Mark is very knowledgeable about his work and took detailed measurements of the basement space. I was most impressed with the quote he sent a few days later. It showed two options, one that used more carpet which meant less seams and the second option used less carpet, but showed more seams. The quote also showed the floor plan measurements and the placement of the carpet so I could visualize where the seams would be. We chose the second option. When it was all done, we couldn’t even notice the seams on the floor! (I completely forgot there was any to begin with and only remembered just now while writing this review!) Mark followed up with emails and phone call to make sure everything met my expectations. He is a very organized, hardworking individual. We are very happy with our new carpet! Thank you!

    Fantastic Team and Product!

    The team at Victorious are top notch. They installed brand new carpet and vinyl in my basement and all within one day. It was a flawless job through and through, the team was professional as well as polite and Mark coordinated everything with such precision. I am beyond happy and would highly recommend them without a single question.

    Carpet in bedroom & on stairs

    We are very satisfied. Mark gave us his recommendations and we chose one of that quality & colour. They completed everything before time and also left some leftovers small carpet rolls. I think they used the same good qualitvy underpad like the original builder. Mark was not pushy on the basement carpet but we will certainly contact him for the same later. Also, Mark provided a detailed professional quote before he takes up the job. Recommended!!
