    Amazing service, reliable installers, great product

    Mark Aydin of Victorious Carpet and Flooring, is a stellar business man. If everyone in the Home Renovation world followed his model, no-one would ever complain about contractors. He answers his phone or calls you back promptly, answers questions and makes suggestions, is on time for appointments and knows his materials and the processes involved in the work being done in your home. This is the second time we have had carpeting installed by this company and we didn't even consider going elsewhere this time. The installers arrived on time, were polite and careful, finished on time and cleaned up so there was no trace of them left behind. The new carpet looks great and gave our home a much needed face lift. I could not recommend this company more highly.

    Basement and stairs carpet replacement

    Mark and his Team make terrific recommendations, and did an excellent job removing and replacing very old carpet in a very old basement. The quality of work was tremendous, on schedule and the Team were very enjoyable to deal with. We highly recommend Victorious Carpet for all your carpeting needs.

    Carpet Ripples

    I had few ripples in my carpet, I spent about 2 to 3 hours searching for someone to come over and fix the problem. I did end up speaking to couple people and they all said they will need to come onsite and look before giving the estimate. Which I did not had time for. Called Victorious Carpet & Flooring, spoke with Mark. Mark advised to send him pics of the affected area and will devise the plan and give me an estimate. After speaking with him, about an hour later mark gave me the price and date of our appointment. Al was early and jumped right into action, did such an amazing job that no you can tell that this carpet ever had a ripple in it. Al was very nice, after finishing the job he vacuumed the area and was very courteous the whole time. I would definitely would recommend Victorious Carpet &Flooring to anyone to try them out before calling anyone else. Mark thank you for you time and having this done for us before putting up the house for sale. You guys are the best.

    Carpet installation

    They did a great job replacing our carpet - would definitely recommend them - they cleaned everything up and came on time and were finished on time - very pleased with the result

    Carpet Install

    Victorious did a fantastic job on the carpet install. They were very professional and took the time to make sure the job was done right. We had a couple minor issues (from the previous carpet) which the team was able to overcome. Mark was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again if needed. If you are in need of carpet services do not hesitate to reach out to them, you won't be disappointed.

    Carpet Repair

    Great experience from the start - responded right away, confirmed the price and time. The work team contacted me prior to arrival to reconfirm and the did a great job. Fast, clean and professionally done. Would highly recommend.

    Carpet Installation in Upstairs Bedrooms

    Working with Mark from Victorious Carpet was a completely positive experience from start to finish. His customer service is exceptional. Mark always responded to our questions promptly, and gave a thorough explanation of the installation process. Erdem the installer was very meticulous, did fantastic work, and cleaned up everything upon completion of the job. Working with some contractors can be stressful, however, with Mark and his team, it was an absolute pleasure. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace carpets.

    Carpet stretching

    They did an amazing job of stretching my carpet. The technician Al worked very hard all morning to complete the job he even stretched it in the closets. He went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms look fabulous now. Thank you Victorious Carper Installation and Repair.
