Very happy customer
We decided to replace very old basement carpeting and got 3 quotes. Mark came promptly and his approach from the beginning was very professional. The price was competitive but it was the professionalism that led us to make this choice. The installation presented a particular problem which Mark warned us about in advance but the installers overcame this issue quite cleverly. We would use them again and are very happy with the product and with the completed work.

Carpet roll up and re-installation
Yes - I know - never put wall to wall in a basement - but my home came with it. After drain backup, had to have carpet rolled back to reveal the drain to be scoped by drain company. Mark at Victorious was very polite and patient all the way through re-installation and even came to my home to look at the problem. I have nothing but good things to say about Mark's professionalism dealing with my problem. Erdem and his assistant were excellent and very careful with my furniture. Thank you!

Upstairs carpet install
Victorious carpets did a great job installing my upstairs carpets..they were very easy to communicate with . Professional and polite. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their services .

Great experience with Victorious Carpets!
Victorious Carpet installed carpet on three sets of stairs in our condo. I had four quotes from other companies and Victorious Carpets had the best price and the best selection of carpet. Carpeting basement and stairs and bedroom
Dogs, cat and teenagers mean hard-wearing carpet is essential. Mark's suggestion of Industrial carpet on really thick padding looks good, feels good on the tender toootsies and will get us through the crazy years to come without breaking the bank.

Basement Carpet
I recently had waterproofing done in the basement and needed to rip up the carpet. I was worried I wouldn't be able to re-use it but Victorious Carpet Installation was able to put back the carpet and it looks great! Since the carpet was folded for at least a couple of months, there was a crease in the carpet. Once Victorious stretched the carpet, the crease was significantly less noticeable (no fault to them, as I opted not to replace the carpet). They also responded to my inquiry very quickly and were able to complete the work within a few days after business hours, which was really important to me as I work 9-5. Highly recommend!

Carpet repair
Spilled bleach on three stairs and luckily had enough carpet to replace the three risers carpet. However, we couldn’t find anyone willing to do such a small repair. My daughter recommended Victorious Carpet and Flooring. They called us back immediately, came out two days later, fixed the stairs,professionally,quickly, and neatly. Called us the next day to ensure everything was ok. Will definitely call them for carpet or flooring installation. Highly recommend.
