Gorgeous carpet, excellent installation
I am so glad I decided to go with Victorious Carpet to replace the carpet in my condo. They asked me a few questions to start, and from that Mark brought some samples with the EXACT carpet I'd been imagining. It is perfect! The installers were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully, taking all the old carpet and debris. As I said to Mark, this one (choosing them) really worked out for me! :D

Stair runners
We contacted Victorious Flooring for an estimate to install stair runners in our home. The owner, Mark, was very responsive and was able to quickly arrange for an in-home estimate at a time convenient for me and my husband. The installer, Mike, was excellent - very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We ended up moving forward with Victorious and Mike did an outstanding job with the installation. He was fast, took care of all the clean up, and produced a high-quality result. Mark was also quick to follow-up following the installation to ensure we were completely satisfied. We are very happy with the look and feel of our runners and would recommend Victorious for any carpet needs.

Carpet replaced using leftover material...great job!
We had a small leak a few months ago which required some of our basement carpet to be removed. Fortunately, we had some extra carpet available. Now we needed some installers. My wife found Victorious Carpet on a google search and sent an inquiry. Within a few minutes, Mark responded to our questions and was able to schedule his team to come in a few days later. Our leftover carpet was in pieces and just enough to cover the section. The installers did a great job putting down some underpad first and then covered up the six seams. Carpet Runner on Stairs
I called Mark at Victorious Flooring after reading all of the glowing reviews on Homestars. Mark was very professional and accommodating, and he was able to send one of his employees (Mike)to provide us with a quote very quickly. Mike was also very professional and friendly and brought so many carpet samples for us to see. This saved us so much time as we did not have go to the showroom. He was very knowledgeable on the types of carpets and was patient in explaining the pros and cons of the different options. Shortly after Mike left, Mark called me to confirm I was satisfied with the quote I was provided and to see if I had any questions. I was very impressed by this. We decided to go with Victorious Carpet and we are so happy and thrilled we did! Mike did a wonderful job installing the runner. His work is impeccable! He made sure to clean everything before he left, so I did not have to lift a finger! We love our new carpet runner and we are so happy we chose Victorious Carpet. I would recommend this company 110%. You will not be disappointed!

Very professional, quick install and great customer service
I needed carpet runner for my stairs for my puppy, Mark and his team came in very quickly and professionally installed the runner within 3 days ( I was 39 weeks pregnant and Mark made sure projected was completed ASAP). I am very happy with the end result and mostly the level customer service received. I will definitely use Mark for any floor/ carpet related service in the future and will highly recommend him to anyone looking for similar job!

Stretch carpet
We are very satisfied with the services provided by Victorious Carpet and Flooring. Our carpet had buckled and needed stretching. I contacted Mark and he booked for the service the same day. The repairman, Happy, came to stretch the carpet and did a terrific job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs repair services to their carpet Debbie

New carpet in bedrooms

Carpenting one set of stairs
We called Mark on Tuesday to get an estimate to carpet our staircase. He replied promptly and was able to provide us with a few different options. Really appreciated his professionalism, patience and us not being rushed to make a decision. We chose the middle quality of the options provided as we were happy to change the carpet in 10 years or so. Mark took his time by explaining the process and also provided all the answers to the many questions my wife and I had. On Saturday, the day of installation, installers arrived on time, were very polite and efficient and the job was completed as promised. Overall, we're very happy with the results and will definitely refer to Victorious Flooring to family and friends. Thank you Mark and to the team!
