Basement
I was very happy by the work done by Victorious Carpet Installation. Both Mark and the gentlemen who did the work were incredible. Mark answered all my questions and was also able to work around my schedule for the installation. I can't recommend this company enough I was extremely happy with the work they did. If you are looking for carpet installation or repair do not call anyone else I promise you that Victorious Carpet Installation & Repair Services will not disappoint you they do an incredible job.

Carpet Installation
Recently Victorious flooring repaired the carpet in our closet that was damaged from a water leak coming from our master bathroom. They were quick, courteous and efficient at the job - always coming on time, prepared to work, and did so with kindness and cleanliness. We chose Victorious because the summer before they replaced the carpet in our entire basement. From the in home quote to the finished project Mark and his staff are working for what is best for you and your family. They never tried to sell us anything we did not want or need and Mark was even kind enough to take interest in our family and checking up on the work (and us!) from time to time. Top notch company - would have them do anything anytime for us and everyone we know. You will not be disappointed with Victorious Carpet and Flooring! Thanks so much Mark and team! Bedroom carpet replacement

Recarpet of 2nd floor and staircase
From the moment we met Mark, we knew he was the right person for the job. His knowledge of every aspect of the carpet world is incredible. He thoroughly explained to us the upsides and downsides of the different materials and their properties. Of course we did our own research and sure enough his advice was spot on. Mark even sourced the exact Shaw carpet that we wanted and his crew (Adam and Jason) did a great job with the old carpet removal, new installation and cleanup. Mark's follow up for our complete satisfaction was appreciated as well. I most definitely recommend having Mark come in and I'm sure you will be impressed as well.

Stairs and hall
Mark came to the house with many carpet samples. He explained the pros and cons of each type of carpet in regards to our needs.The prices are very reasonable. The technicians did a very thorough job.They were very hard working and did an excellent job.The technicians were very polite and professional.They left the house in the same condition that was in when they arrived. The owner called after the work was completed to see how satisfied we were.A very customer care oriented com I highly recommend this company.

New carpet in Living room
I used the shop at home service and was able to find exactly was I was looking for. Mark was very helpful with the information, professional and friendly. I was pleased with the choices offered. Work was done fast, my old carpet taken away, and everything left clean. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Basement Floor Installation and Stairway Carpet
We originally hired Victorious Flooring to upgrade the carpet in the recreation room of our new home when we moved in mid 2017. As part of the ongoing process of gradually improving our new home, we were anxious to install a new basement hallway floor and stairway carpeting, and in the process get rid of old ugly tiles that were an absolute eyesore. Mark Aydin, along with top-notch installer Mike once again did not disappoint. The new basement hallway floor looks absolutely amazing as well as the stairway, which now has some attractive and comfy carpeting. Beautifully done, and a genuine pleasure dealing with you guys. We will definitely get a hold of Victorious in the future should we require another flooring job. Obviously if we ever come across anyone who is looking to install/upgrade a floor or carpet in their home, we would not hesitate to recommend Victorious Flooring! Thanks again Mark and Mike. Carpet repair
I contacted Victorious based on their excellent website ratings. I never had dealings with them before this. Mark from Victorious was very responsive to my email enquiries even though this was a small job. Mark was never pushy and simply explained my options after I emailed him some photos. The technician showed up as scheduled, explained my alternatives, was thorough and professional and the job was invoiced as quoted. What a positive overall experience especially for such a small job.

Quick and affordable
Great pre-sales consultation service. The installers were in and out in under 2 hours and hauled out all my old carpet. Very attentive customer service after the job was done.
